• Project topics selection is based on first come.
• Topics should be carefully selected based on area of strength (mediocrity will not be
tolerated).
• The supervisor of the topic chosen shall be made known after submitting topic.

• All topic selection must come in within on or before 3rd February 2025. Any submission after
this said date shall be disregarded.
• Project proposal defense (HND) Wednesday 25th – 28th Friday of February 2025
• Chapter 1 & 2 defense for HND Wednesday 5th & Thursday 6th March 2025.
• Chapter 3 and 4 defense Wednesday 19th – 21st Friday of May 2025.
• Final Defense week for both ND & HND 25th August to 29th August 2025.
