DHANAM PROCESS

ENVIROMENTAL POLICY

1. Purpose
To ensure the sustainable opera on of the dyeing unit by minimizing environmental impact,
complying with environmental regula ons, and promo ng resource efficiency.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all processes, employees, contractors, and stakeholders involved in the dyeing
unit's opera ons.

Policy Statements

2.1 Compliance with Laws and Regula ons

 Adhere to all local, na onal, and interna onal environmental laws, regula ons, and
standards related to water usage, wastewater discharge, air emissions, and chemical
handling.

 Obtain and maintain necessary permits and cer fica ons, such as wastewater treatment
compliance cer ficates and hazardous material handling licenses.

2.2 Wastewater Management

 Implement advanced wastewater treatment systems to reduce chemical contaminants,


including dyes and salts, before discharge.

 Regularly monitor and report the quality of discharged water to ensure compliance with
environmental standards.

 Promote the reuse and recycling of treated water in dyeing processes wherever feasible.
