Job Title Hospital Project manager
Location Adani Corporate House, Ahmedabad, India
Reports to Senior Management / Director – Healthcare Projects
Job Summary The Hospital Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the
planning, execution, and commissioning of hospital projects, ensuring regulatory compliance,
operational readiness, and efficient resource management. The role requires collaboration
with multiple stakeholders, from contractors to regulatory authorities, to successfully
establish and launch hospital facilities.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end hospital establishment projects, including infrastructure planning,
equipment procurement, and operational setup
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, medical staff, and
administrative teams
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Manage liaison activities with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with healthcare
standards
- Create and implement standard operating procedures for various hospital departments
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate staff training and orientation programs during the setup phase
- Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare partners and service providers

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Hospital Management or Healthcare Administration
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital project management
