Managed recruitment process from request initiation to sourcing, acceptance of offer and final
placement
Involved in Full Cycle Technical Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing,
screening, and placing personnel in quick turnaround time
Recruitment - was responsible for the recruitment function, which includes sourcing
