I. LEARNING OBJECTIVES
At the end of the module, at least 75% of the students should be able to:
● identify the different types of sports injuries and their causes,
● explain the importance of safety practices, injury prevention strategies, and first aid
management in sports and physical activities.
● Demonstrate proper warm-up, stretching, and injury prevention techniques before
engaging in moderate to vigorous physical activities.
● Show responsibility and self-discipline by following safety guidelines and promoting
injury prevention during sports and physical activities.
