Anjuman-e-Khaddam-ul-Quran Sindh Karachi having office at First floor، Head Office, Anjuman
Khuddam ul Quran, B-375، Allama Shabbir Ahmed Usmani Rd, Block 6 Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi,
Karachi City, Sindh 75500 do hereby receive physical possession of residential plot No.D-71, block-II,

measuring 400 Sq.Yards, situated at SAADI TOWN, KDA Scheme 33, Karachi from Rashid Ilyas son of
Ismail Ilyas, Muslim, Adult, resident of house No.227, KPT Line, Block-14, Kemari, Karachi holding CNIC
No.43201-3555548-3 permanent resident of 44 Norwood Drive, Harrow, London HA2-7PE, United

Kingdom. Thus handover physical possession without any objection, coercion, undue

influence or fraud in presence of witnesses. After signing this document Mr. Rashid Ilyas
son of Ismail Ilyas who is a British Citizen has withdrawn from possession of the said
property in my favor.

situated in sheet No.II, Gulshan-e-Zia Colony, Orangi Township, Karachi on 17 th July 2020
from Muhammad Aqil son of Shoukat Hussain, Muslim, Adult, CNIC No.42201-9666223-
3, resident of house No.L-43, Sector L-1, Surjani Town, Karachi (lawful owner vide lease
registered at No.3924, sub-registrar Orangi Town, Karachi dated 23/4/2009) under sale
agreement on receipt of total sale consideration of RS.2,80,000/- duly signed between
me and aforesaid owner. Thus handover physical possession without any objection,
coercion, undue influence or fraud in presence of witnesses. After signing this
document the previous owner withdraw from possession of the said property in my
favor.
