Subject: Request for Clearing at the Demolished Site at Pacdal Circle, Gibraltar, Baguio City. (Near Police Station)
Dear Sir:
I am writing to bring to your attention the urgent matter concerning the demolished site at Pacdal Circle near the
Police Station. The present condition of the area poses significant risks and dangers to the residents in the vicinity,
particularly to those who need to traverse through this location daily.
Numerous residents, including school-going children and senior citizens, are compelled to pass through this area
regularly. Unfortunately, incidents of injury have already occurred due to hazardous debris left at the site.
Instances such as nails embedded in slippers and a senior citizen sustaining bruises from sharp objects are
alarming realities faced by the residents.
Of grave concern is the recent incident involving a senior citizen who, due to diabetes complications, faces
challenges in the healing process of the inflicted wounds. This unfortunate incident underscores the imminent
need for action to ensure the safety and well-being of the community members navigating this area.
Hence, on behalf of the affected residents, I respectfully request clearance of a safe passage. Whether it be a
narrow or wider path, our primary aim is to establish a route that allows residents to traverse without the constant
fear of sustaining injuries.
We earnestly implore the City Planning and Architecture Office to consider this request with utmost priority and
urgency. The safety of our community members, especially the vulnerable such as children and senior citizens, is
paramount. Your swift action in addressing this concern will undoubtedly alleviate the anxieties and risks faced by
the residents.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We eagerly anticipate a positive response regarding the steps taken to
rectify this precarious situation.
Sincerely,
JEBBIE D. BAYAWON
