WHEREAS, CAD CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION is a corporation duly registered


and existing under Philippine laws with principal office at 612 Mc Arthur Highway, Bued,
Calasiao, Pangasinan;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, in a
special meeting held on January 19, 2024 the Board of Directors majority moved to appoint
1. CARLITO A. DION, to be the corporation’s Authorized Representative, giving him
