A、No message on LCD
Reasons:
1. No connection with power supply。
2. Fuse or wire of power supply is broken。
Methods:
1. Check if socket has power, if plug connected well, and if
main switch has switched on.
2. Replace fuse or power wire.
Procedures:
1. Use multimeter , check the power is 220V or not ( fig.
1) ,put in the plug, turn on the power switch.
2. Open the upper back cover( fig. 2), replace main
fuse(fig.3), or replace transformer fuse( fig.4)

B. S1 Trouble
Reasons:
1. Motor Trouble
2. AC Contactor Trouble
3. Interface Board Trouble
4. Poly V-belt loose.
5. Frequency Convertor Trouble
6. optical coupler which detects clamping has fault
Methods:
1. Replace motor.
2. Replace AC Contactor.
3. Replace Interface board.
4. Tighten belt.
5. Replace Frequency Convertor.
6. Replace optical coupler or direct replace counting board.
Procedures:
1. Loosen setscrew, dismount motor and change a new one(fig.1).
(Notice:after replaced the running motor,before tightened screws,
make the running motor pulley and inside pulley in a straight line)
2. Dismounting the AC contactor(fig.2) and change a new one .
3. Dismount main circuit board and change a new one. (fig.3)

4. loosen tension wheel’s setscrew(fig.1),adjust the location of
tension wheel,fix tension wheel tightly after clamping poly V-belt。
5. Check the wires of Frequency Convertor or replace a new one.(fig.2)
6. Dismount counting board, replace the clamping optical coupler or
replace the counting board(fig.3)

C、S2 Trouble
Reasons:
1. Optical coupler which
detects stop and
resetting has failure.
2. Counting board which
detects stop and Counting
resetting has failure. board
Solutions:
1. Replace optical coupler.
2. Replace counting board.
Procedures:
1. Dismount the optical
coupler which detects
stop and resetting or
replace counting board.

D . S3 Trouble
Reasons:
1 . The distance between approach switch which detects the biggest
distance and reflection board is too far, it can’t detect signal.
2. Approach switch has failure.
3. Approach switch ‘s wires broke.
Methods:
1. Adjust the distance between the end face of approach switch and
reflection board.(about 3mm);
2 . Replace approach switch.
3. Check wires and connect the broken wires.
Procedures:
1 Adjust the distance between the end face of
approach switch and reflection board.(about
3mm)
2. Dismount the approach switch by spanner
and then change a new one.
3. Check wires and connect the broken wires.

E. Frequency Convertor Trouble
Reasons:
1 . Frequency Convertor has failure. Back cover
2 . The wires of the Convertor have setscrew
problem.
Methods:
1. Replace a new Frequency Convertor.
2 . Check Frequency Convertor’s wires, (fig.1)
correct wrong wires.
Procedures:
1. Open back cover(fig.1),dismount

one(Fig.2);
2. Correct the wrong wires of Frequency

F. Frequency Convertor Protection
Reasons:
1. Frequency Convertor protects Main
itself. switch
2. Wires which detects Frequency
Convertor ‘s Trouble have
broken.
Methods: (fig.1)
1. Switch off the power(fig.1),
restart Frequency Convertor
three minutes later。
2 . Wires which detects Frequency
Convertor ‘s Trouble have

G. Door Open
Reasons:
1. Door didn’t close in place.
2. Door lock nose didn’t install
properly, and it can’t block
detecting optical coupler.
3. Electric lock nose detecting
optical coupler has failure, or (fig.1)
its wires broke.
Solutions: Offside
1. Close the door in place. control (fig.2)
2. Open offside control panel, panel
adjust lock nose’s position.
3. Change electric lock

H. Door didn’t close tightly
Reasons:
1. Microswitch contactor that detects door
closing didn’t press in place
2. Microswitch that detects door closing has
failure or wires broke. Left control
Methods: panel
1. Adjust microswitch’s location to make sure
contactor connected when closing door. (图一)
2. Replace microswitch or connect its wires well.
Procedures:
1.Take down the setscrews of left side control
panel, unscrew the setcrews of microswitch and
move the switch up . ( fig.1)
2. Take down the microswitch and change a new
one , or reconnect its wires well .

I. Emergency Stop Button pressed
Reasons:
1. Emergency stop button didn’t
open.
2. Emergency stop button has
failure or its wires has broken.
Methods:
1. Open emergency stop button.
2. Replace the emergency stop (fig.1)
button or reconnect its wires well.
Procedures:
1. Turn the emergency stop button
clockwise to open it.
2. Take down the setscrews of left
side control panel ( fig.1), take away
it , and replace the emergency stop
button or reconnect its wires well.

J. Loud noise and extreme vibrations occurred during mixing
Reasons:
1. The machine is not placed horizontally.
2. The paint can is not placed in the middle of
tray. (fig.1)。
3. The machine is overloaded.
Methods:
1. Adjust the machine feet to place it
horizontally。

2. Adjust paint can’s position.
3. lighten machine’s load.
Procedures:
1. Adjust the feet by a spanner to make the
machine horizontally. (fig.2)。
2. Readjust paint can’s position.
3. lighten the machine’s load.

K. Replace synchronous belt
1. Dismantle the machine’s upper cover .
2. Dismantle the upper block and upper baffle.

1. Dismantle the upper cover , left and right glass door.
