Parents opinion

My parents think I am a very good child. I like spending time


with them and I always work as a helping hand for my parents
like cleaning, gardening, bringing woods, . They feel that I work
very hard and with all my heart to the task given to me. They feel
I respect my elders and their decisions as they raised my with
good values .I take care of my younger ones and enjoys with
them. They feel I am emotionally and physically fit . They have
seen me working hard with determination for the task given to
me so they’re very sure that I will achieve my goal with my hard
work. I am mature boy who helps his family at various levels
and the they trust me. My family care for me and love me.

Colleagues opinion
The feel that I am a dependable person with a good character
and they respect me for the same. They feel I’m mature and has
good sense of right and wrong. They ask me for help and
advice without any hesitation because they feel my decision to
be mature and correct because of the good values I’m raised
with. They see me as a good sportive figure with good
understanding capabilities. I share a strong bond with them as
they’ve faith in me.. We had good coordination and we help
each other in different tasks by distributing work and enjoy
while doing so. They feel I am dedicated to my goal and work
hard for it. At the same time they feel I am lively and fun loving
with childish nature. I can easily get with each type of people ,
respect everyone and enjoys with them
AC/Adjutant/CO Opinion
They feel I am punctual and sincere towards my duties. I work
hard to the task assigned to me. They trust me regarding my work
and give me task because they know I can handle it very well.
They see confidence in me regarding my work . I am usually their
choice during annual expection events like BPET and PPT . They
appoint me for LRP’s and give me leadership during party
movement or regarding any task because of my capabilities.
During my participation in any task & event, I give my 100% to
that. They polish me by giving task with a deadline and I always
complete my work before deadline as it gives me confidence . I
follow order of my senior officer’s and respect them. They know
I’m good asset to the unit.

Self opinion
I feel I am a very good person who is helpful and has a good
character. I believe in hard work and gives my best to whatever I
do. I am good at organising day to day things and has creative
thinking. I’m physically and mentally fit. I am cooperative and
has good understanding in differentiating between what is right
and wrong. I always help the needy as it makes my happy. I like
to do hard work as it boost my confidence. I respect my elders
and seniors, I love my younger ones and guide them and help
them accordingly. I critically analyse the situation before acting
on it. I try to make myself better every day. I listen to everyone
and works accordingly what feels right to me. I always value the
people, my family, my friends and teachers , who made me
what I am today.I believe in myself and will achieve the best in
my life.
Improvements
For present day I feel that I am good but with time I want to keep
myself more physically and mentally fit. I want to take my
communication skills to higher level. I want to achieve more
stamina. I want to continue reading and improve my general
awareness and knowledge. I want to be more competent for the
forces and prove my worth to the organisation. I want to develop
more hobbies. I want to be more confident and joyful. I want to
keep this child alive in me as it makes me happy and lively.
