I. Introduction:

The SELG or SUPREME ELEMENTARY LEARNER GOVERNMENT aims to serve as an umbrella of all other organizations in the
school, exercise the rights, the privileges as well as the duties and responsibilities of the pupils therein as student organization as provided by
the Philippine Constitution and by the school, work with the school administration, clubs and other organizations for the welfare and
development of the pupils and the school as well. It also enhance social awareness and promote social consciousness among pupils and
undertake projects and activities that are beneficial to the pupil.

2023-03 dated 05 May 2023, the field is hereby informed of the changes from Supreme Pupil and Supreme Student Government
(SPG/SSG) to Supreme Elementary and Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SELG/SSLG) including its Constitution and By-Laws and
conduct of elections, among other things.
