Instructions to Pilgrim
SSVP Pooja Bookings cannot be cancelled, preponed, or postponed and no refund will be
processed in case of no show.
SSVP Bookings are eligible for Free Helicopter Service between Katra & Sanjhichhat and Battery
Car Service between Adhkuwari and Bhawan.
In case Helicopter Services are disrupted due to adverse weather conditions, Pilgrims can avail
Battery Car Service from Adhkuwari and Bhawan by showing the SSVP Booking Receipt.
Battery Car departure slots from Adhkuwari & Bhawan are 8:00 a.m.,10:30 a.m.,1:30 p.m.,3:30
p.m.,5:30 p.m.,8:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
All Pilgrims are requested to report to Shrine Counters on time failing which Shrine Board reserves
the right to deny Services provided as part of the SSVP package.
For Privilege redemption please visit Niharika Bhawan – Katra before 11:00 a.m. with the Booking
Receipt and Original ID Proof used for Booking.
