100 meters an active component (like a repeater or a network switch) must be installed.
● RS‐485 cables must be at least 2‐core 0.75mm²
● Individual RS‐485 cables must not exceed a lenght of approx. 1200 meters.
● 1 IP address will need to be available within the used IP range.
● A computer with a web browser will be needed to access the CWServer box through the web‐interface.
● WiFi can also be used with an exis ng WiFi Router/Accesspoint.
● If access from anywhere is needed, the network to which the CWServer box and ICCP/ICAF systems are
connected must be accessible through the Internet *

NOTE: The CWServer box is capable of extracting log files from the ICAF/ICCP systems. Since they are saved
as .CWL files, CWViewer software is needed in order to view them. This software is Windows based
and works om systems with Windows XP or higher.

* The method on how Internet access (from outside) is arranged is up to the client. This can be through VPN,
a service like LogMeIn/Hamachi, Remote Desktop and so on to take control of a certain PC/Laptop or a
combination of these. Note that the port on which the CWServer box is reachable is, by default, port 80.
