Executive Summary

Frities la mangue is a mango made into the shape and looks of French fries, a 2nd idea

was presented where the mango will be rolled into a lumpia wrapper and served hot. The

purpose is to satisfy customer cravings, and gain sales.

The problem we saw was the lack of use of mangoes in the country, so we came up

with the idea to create something extraordinary. Our target is students, and adults.

Specifically those who crave mangoes. Mango vendors are our competitors, we might have

the upper hand in products because we use mangoes in a different and unique way.
Business description

Our product is based on mango and it’s a great product because mango contains

nutrients and it’s delicious. Which we call Frites La Mangue meaning Mango fries.. What

maker it unique is the way we prepare our product, instead of preparing it the normal way we

prepare it by frying it, we think it’s innovative because there’s only few things on preparing

mango because it’s very efficient in terms of production all you need is some knives and

maybe even a peeler.

Our brand advocates healthy diet for our customers health while maintaining taste that

they would not find anywhere else. Our brand also advocate eco-friendly materials that would

help nature.

Customer needs

We incur this product to everyone. We make sure our product is affordable and quality

and accessible to everyone.

We think our product can satisfy cravings and can solve the lack of mango dishes and

uniqueness since customers mind like something new and fresh which can lack due to

businesses having the same product’s.

Competitor analysis

Our main competitors are mango vendors that are currently selling around the

presidential areas, their main strength is within the ground coverage since they use vending
vehicles but the main weakness that they have are weather conditions that may affect their

location.

As for our subsidiary competition. Food businesses around the area might affect

customer buying decisions that can ultimately affect the business sales, but our strength lay’s

within our product taste that can attract customers since we are innovative and that can

eliminate more competition which other businesses around the area lacks.

Target market

Our target market consists of ages 13 and above, the product will be priced fairly to

reach out to low-high income residents.

PRODUCTS:

Mango fries – fresh mangoes cut into the shap of French fries, possibly served with

dips(chocolate, condensed milk)

Lumpia Mango – Ripe mango dices rolled in a lumpia wrapper, fried until golden brown, and

served hot.

PLACE:

Our product will be selled all over, Navotas, in the form of physical stores, carts, or online

deliver.
PRICE:

Our product will be at a lower-medium price range starting at 20peso for the mango lumpia’s.

though there’s a catch if you bought 3 pieces we would only charge you for 50 peso. And as

for the fries, the price starts at 25 peso for small and 60 for large.

PROMOTION:

We will promote our products through word of mouth and social media platforms

such as Instagram and Facebook. Additionally, we will use flyers to advertise our mango

product, ensuring that customers know it is delicious, high-quality, and affordable. Our

marketing materials will also be visually appealing to attract more customers

Financial plan

Our startup cost will probably be at 15,000 Peso. We’ve estimated that the perishable

materials will cost around 3,000 peso, then for other materials such as appliances and kitchen

equipment will be around 5,000 peso. 5,000 peso it will be evenly distributed among rent and

utility expense, and lastly the leftovers will be emergency funds that will be held last resort

plans.

Profit

Mango Fries:1Kg= 5-7 piece of mangoes (30) 1 piece cost 6 peso

2 mango for small 4 for medium 6 for large 12,24,36 to break even /50%=6,12,18+SP=

18,36,54 Lumpia mango per piece 11 php to breakeven/50 %=5.5+11=16.5 round off to20php
Packaging

Our packaging is eco-friendly. We are using disposable boxes that can be recycled easily.

Recycling contributes to the community to use it as a material for future uses. And as well to

advocate change to decrease the rate of climate change that our world is suffering right now.
