1.0 Introduction
This progress report presents the activities undertaken by the Contractor on site for the period of one week
(Monday 22nd –Saturday 27th August 2022)
The Contractors’ major activities for that period were as follows:

 Floor screeding 8th floor
 Pressure testing (Gravity pressure test)
 Plaster snags and openings
BLOCK B
 External plaster (beam and copping finishes
 Internal wall plaster on 2nd floor
 Electrical conducting on 1st floor
BLOCK C
 Internal wall plaster on 8th floor
 Plumbing (piping for water supply and drainage)
EXTERNAL WORKS
 Steel reinforcement and Formwork for RCC retaining wall
 Concrete casting for external stair case
 Steel reinforcements, formwork and Casting of concrete beam for the retaining wall
 Excavation, blinding, steel reinforcement fixing and concrete casting for retaining wall foundation

The Project Works include the construction of three blocks of apartments, each with 8 levels of residential units
as well as a health club and other amenities.

The works involved include:

 Walling
 Plastering
 Electrical & Mechanical Installation
 Roof drainage
 Finishing works and;
 External works.
