Use multiple monitors with Windows Remote Desktop Connection

If you're using multiple monitors on your current system setup, you know how frustrating it is to go from
a multiple-monitor display to a single-monitor display for your remote connection. If so, you'll definitely
want to know how you can utilize multiple monitors within Microsoft Windows Remote Desktop
Connection.

The Use of the ALT+TAB key

With this option the user logs into their work location using the RDP connection and if they need to
access their additional monitor the user then needs to press in unison the ALT and TAB keys together.
Once they do this a screen will appear with options to select which display they want to access.

To Cascade windows

In Windows, you can use the cascade windows option to arrange all open windows to overlap one
another with their title bars remaining visible so you can quickly see which windows are open to switch
to one. If you have more than one display, your open windows will only cascade on the display that they
are open on.

Step 01: Right click or press and hold on the taskbar, and click/tap on Cascade windows or press the D
key. To undo the Cascade Right click or press and hold on the taskbar, and click/tap on Undo Cascade all
windows or press the U key.
