1 ISENDLALELO SEMOJULI

Mfundi othandekayo

I-UNISA, njengesikhungo semfundo ephakeme okufundwa kuso ukude, okuthiwa yi- comprehensive
open distance e-learning institution (CODeL), isondela ekubeni yisikhungo okufundwa kuso
ngokuchwepheshe kuphela (online). Ukuqondanisa kwekharikhulamu yethu kuhlanganisa
izinhlobonhlobo zezifundo, kusukela kwezomsebenzi wezandla kuya ezitifiketini zemfundo
ephakeme, amadiploma kanye namadigri. “Ukuvuleleka” kwe-UNISA kanye nokufundisa kwayo
nge-eLearning kuholela ekutheni abafundi abaningi babhalise e-UNISA okungenzeka ukuthi
abazange balithole ithuba lokubhalisa emfundweni ephakeme. Ukufundisa wethu nge-CODeL
kusikisela ekutheni izinhlelo zethu zihlelwe ngokucophelela futhi zakhiwe ukuze kuqinisekiswe
impumelelo yabafundi kusukela kokungalungiselelwanga kahle kodwa abanamandla kuya
kwabalungiselelwe ngokwanele.

Ukufundisa nokufunda kumongo we-CODEL kubandakanya izindlela eziningi zokwethulwa


kokufunda okuxubile kuye ku-inthanethi ngokugcwele. Njengesikhundla esimisiwe, zonke izinhlelo
ze-postgraduate zinikezwa ngokugcwele ku-inthanethi ngaphandle kwezinsiza zokufunda
eziphrintiwe, kuyilapho izinhlelo ze-undergraduate zinikezwa ngendlela ehlanganisiwe yokulethwa
lapho izinto zokufunda eziphrintiwe zengezwe ngokufundisa nokufunda ku-inthanethi ngohlelo
lokuphatha abafundi - myUnisa. Kwezinye izimo, izinhlelo ze-undergraduate zinikezwa ngokugcwele
ku-inthanethi nazo.

Ngaphezu kwalokho, izinhlelo zethu zihambisana nombono, inhloso kanye namagugu eNyuvesi.
Ukuzinikela kwe-UNISA ekusebenzeleni isintu nokulungisa ikusasa kuhlangene nokwazisa
okucacile ngendawo esikuyo ezwenikazi lase-Afrika, abathweswe iziqu e-Unisa banezimfanelo
ezihlukile zokuthweswa iziqu kubandakanya lokhu:

• Izakhamuzi ezizimela, eziqinile, ezizimiselayo futhi ezinakekelayo ezikwazi ukufeza futhi


zisebenze ezindimeni eziningi emiphakathini yazo yasendaweni, yezwe kanye neyomhlaba
wonke esizayo.
• Ukuba nokuqonda okujulile ngendawo abakuyo ezwenikazi lase-Afrika nemilando yalo,
izinselelo kanye namandla maqondana nezimo ezihlukene zomhlaba.
• Ikhono lokuhlaziya ngokujulile nokuhlola ukwethembeka nokuba usizo kolwazi kanye nedatha
evela emithonjeni eminingi emhlabeni ohlanganisiwe ngolwazi lwawo oluhlala lukhula njalo
nokugeleza kwedatha kanye nemibono yomhlaba eqhudelanayo.
• Ukuthi bangalusebenzisa kanjani ulwazi lwabo oluqondene nesiyalo ngendlela efanele,
ngokuziphatha nangobuhlakani ukuze baxazulule izinkinga zangempela.
• Ukwazi ngezidingo zabo zokufunda nezokuthuthuka kanye namandla esikhathi esizayo.

Le mojuli igxile ekufundeni nasekufundiseni nge-inthanethi kuphela. Izinsiza zokufunda
njengomhlahlandlela, incwadi ye-tutorial zitholakala ku-inthanethi, konke ukubhalwa kokuhlolwa
kubandakanya (ama-quiz nama-asayinimenti) alethwa ku-inthanethi. Sisebenzisa i-myUnisa
njengekhampasi yethu ebonakalayo. Lolu uhlelo olukungena ku-inthanethi olusetshenziselwa
ukuphatha, ukubhala nokuletha izinto zokufundisa kuwe kanye nokweseka ukusebenzelana nawe.
Bheka ulwazi oluvela kumfundisi wakho kanye nezinye izinkundla zase-UNISA ukuze uthole ukuthi
ungangena kanjani kusayithi yemojuli yase-myUnisa ebonakalayo. Ulwazi ngamathuluzi azobe
ekhona okuxhumana nomfundisi kanye nabanye abafundi ukuze basekele ukufunda kwakho nalo
luzokwaziswa ngezinkundla ezihlukahlukene. Uyakhuthazwa ukuthi ungene kusayithi lemojuli ku-
myUnisa njalo (okungukuthi, okungenani kabili ngeviki). Ngenxa yokuthi lena imojula eku-inthanethi
ngokugcwele, uzodinga ukusebenzisa i-myUnisa ukuze ufunde futhi uqedele imisebenzi yokufunda
yale mojula. Vakashela iwebhusayithi ukuze uthole uZUL1508 ku-myUnisa njalo. Iwebhusayithi
yemojuli yakho ithi ZUL1508-2025-S1/S2.

2 UHLOLOJIKELELE LWEMOJULI
2.1 Inhloso

Le mojuli ibaluleke ekufundiseni wena mfundi ngezihlokwana zolimi lwesiZulu ezisetshenziswa uma
sibhala, sifunda noma sikhuluma ulimi. Miningi imikhakha ehambisana nale mojuli, kafushane
ngingabala eZemfundo, eZokuxhumana, eZezindaba, eZamabhizinisi, nolwazi lwamakhono ukuze
kube khona ukukhula ekwazini ulimi. Le mojuli ifundisa ngolimi namasiko esintu, kwazise awukwazi
ukwehlukanisa lokhu kokubili. Ifundisa ngokuzigqaja nokuziqhayisa ngokuthi unguMzulu, kukhule
nothando lolimi lwakho. Kule mojuli ufunda ngohlelo nokwakheka kwamagama esiZulu,
ukuphinyiswa nokubhalwa kwawo, izinguquko zefonoloji, izincazelo zamagama kanye nezinguquko
ezenzeka olimini.

2.2 Imiphumela

Uma usuphumelele kule mojuli uzobe usukwazi uku:

• Ukuphimisa nokubhala imisindo yesiZulu ngendlela efanele.


• Ukubona nokuchaza izingcezu zenkulumo.
• Ukubona nokuchaza izinguquko zefonoloji.
• Ukuqondisisa izincazelo zamagama nokuhlobana kwawo.
• Ukuqonda ukushintsha nokuguquka kolimi ngenxa yesikhathi.
• Ukusebenzisa amagama ukwakha imisho.

3 UKUGUQULWA KOHLELO LOKUFUNDA

I-Unisa isebenzise umqulu wenguquko osuselwa ezinsikeni ezinhlanu nezingxenye


eziyisishiyagalombili. Ukuphendula lo mqulu, sibeke uguquko lwezifundo eqhulwini lohlu lolufunda
nokufundisa. Ukuguqulwa kohlelo lwezifundo kufaka phakathi izinsika ezilandelayo: ukufunda
okugxile kubafundi, ukuvuselelwa kwemikhuba yokufunda nokuhlola, ukufundela ukufundisa
nokufunda, kanye nokufakwa kwezincwadi zamathiyori olwazi zase-Afrika kanye namafilosofi.

Lezi zinsika kanye nemigomo yazo kuzohlanganiswa kuwo womabili amazinga ohlelo kanye
namamojuli njengendlela yokungenelela. Uzobona ushintsho oluphawulekayo ngesu lokufunda
nokufundisa elisetshenziswe yi-Unisa, kanye nokuthi okuqukethwe kubhekwa kanjani kumamojuli
akho. Sikukhuthaza ukuthi wamukele lezi zinguquko ngesikhathi usafunda e-Unisa ngendlela
ephendulayo ngaphakathi kohlaka loguquko.

Kubafundi abaningi, ushintsho olusuka emfundweni yamazinga aphansi emfundo luya emfundweni
ephakeme luba nezinselelo. Lokhu kuyiqiniso nakubafundi abaqalayo e-Unisa. I-Unisa yisikhungo
esizinikele esivulekile futhi nesifunda nge-e-learning. Ngokungafani nezikhungo ezixhumana ubuso
nobuso nabafundi, i-Unisa yehlukile ngandlela thile. Iyiyunivesithi enkulu futhi zonke izinhlelo zethu
zinikezwa ngendlela yokufunda ehlanganisiwe noma indlela yokufunda ngokuphelele
ekhompyutheni. Kungalesi sizathu-ke sicabange ukuthi kunesidingo sokunikeza abafundi bonyaka

imiphumela yokufunda le mojuli etholakala uma usuzofika kuma-asayinimenti kuleli
bhukwana Uma kwenzeka ngandlela thize ukuthi wake wayifunda imojuli ethile enale
miphumela eminyakeni emithathu noma engaphezulu edlule, ungakwazi ukufaka isicelo

Ngaphambi kokuba uqale ukuphendula imibuzo yama asayinimenti kufanele uqale ngokubhala
uhlaka lokufunda lwesimesta ukuze umsebenzi wakho uzowufunda kahle ngamayunithi.
Ungasebenzisa izinsuku zokuvala zama-asayinimenti onekezwe zona kusayithi yeZUL1508
njengesiqondiso uma wenza uhlaka lokufunda. Uyakhuthazwa ukubhala lolu hlaka lokufunda kuqala
nokuthi ugxile kulo. Ukuphumelela kwakho ezifundweni zakho kuncike kulokhu.
Okungenani chitha amahora ayisi-7 ngesonto ku ZUL1508. Khumbula ukuthi udinga ukuhlela

8 UFUNDA KANJANI KU-INTHANETHI


8.1 Kusho ukuthini ukufunda ngokugcwele ku-inthanethi

Ukufunda ngokugcwele ku-inthanethi kuchaza ukuthi zonke izifundo nezinsizakufunda zakhelwe


ukufunda nge-inthanethi. Uzodinga ukusebenzisa i-myUnisa ukufunda uze uqedele izifundo zakho
ezingama-asayinimenti nemisebenzana yale mojuli.
KuZUL1508 ku myUnisa page, uzothola isigaba seyunithi yokufunda ngayinye. Phakathi kulezi
zigaba sifake i pdf document, equkethe iziqephu okufanele uzifunde (study guide material) kuyunithi

9.4 Ukuthunyelwa kwama-asayimenti

• I-Unisa, njengesikhungo semfundo ephakeme okufundwa kuso ukude, okuthiwa yi-


comprehensive open distance e-learning institution (CODeL), isondela ekubeni yisikhungo
okufundwa kuso ngokuchwepheshe kuphela (online). Ngakho-ke uzobona ukuthi izincwadi
zokufunda, imisebenzi yokuhlolwa kanye nokuxhumana nomfundisi wakho kanye nabanye
abafundi kwenzeka ezinkundleni zobuchwepheshe kuphela. Kukho konke ukufundisa
okwenzeka online, sisebenzisa u-myUnisa njengesikhungo sethu sa-online.
• Isikhungo sa-online esiku-myUnisa sizokwenza abafundi bakwazi ukufinyelela kwizindawo
zamamojuli abo ku-myModules, lapho izincwadi zokufunda zizotholakala khona nemisebenzi
yokuhlolwa izokwenziwa khona. Lolu uhlelo lwa-online olusetshenziswa ukulawula, ukugcina
kanye nokuthumela izincwadi zokufunda kubafundi, luphinde kwenze kube khona
ukuxhumana phakathi kwabafundisi kanye nabafundi.

Ezweni lethu inkohlakalo igcwele, sekuyinsakavukela umchilo wesidwaba ukuzwa imisakazo,


omabonakude namaphepha ezindaba ebika ngokukhwatshaniswa kwezimali eminyangweni
kahulumeni. Abadala bathi imali impande yesono ngalesi sizathu, inokuhehana imenze umuntu abe

bebhalelwa umuntu kube ngathi kubhale yena umfundi. Ngenxa yokuqinisekisa ubuqiniso
nokwethembeka, kukhona nama proctoring tools: Turnitin, Moodle Proctoring, the Invigilator App
and IRIS asetshenziselwa ukuqinisekisa ukungakopeli, lokhu kwenzelwa ukugcinwa kwesithunzi
senyuvesi ngama-asayinimenti nangokuhlolwa okungenachashaza. Lawa mathuluzi
asetshenziselwa ubufakazi bokuthi umfundi nguyena obhale ukuhlolwa, uma umfundi
engawasebenzisile kuthathwa ngokuthi ubengaziphethe kahle ngenkathi ebhala ukuhlolwa. Le
ncazelo engezansi ingulwazi oludingayo ngokuhlolwa kwamamojuli owabhalisele kule nyuvesi:
ITurnitin yiplagiarism software eqaphela ukuthi umfundi akasebenzisanga ulwazi alucaphune

IMoodle Proctoring tool, leli ithuluzi elibheka ubuso bomfundi ukuze kuqinisekwe ukuthi nguyena
qobo lwakhe ngenkathi ebhala umsebenzi okungama-Quiz assessments. Leli thuluzi ukuze
lisebenze umfundi kufanele asebenzise umakhalekhukhwini noma ikhamera yekhompuyutha.
Abafundi kufanele baqiniseke ukuthi amakhamera enziwe akwazi ukuqopha konke okwenzeka
ngesikhathi umfundi ebhala ukuhlolwa. Ukulungiselela ukuqopha kufanele kwenziwe ngaphambi
kokuqala ukuhlolwa.
I- Invigilator “mobile application-based service yenza ukuqinisekisa ukuthi umfudi nguyena
ngempela, (uqobo) lo obhala ukuhlolwa. I-Invigilator Mobile Application iyakwazi ukusho uma
umfundi enza ukungethembi, iphinde iqinisekise nokutho lo obhalayo nguyena ngempela lo mfundi
obhalisele ukufunda enyuvesi. Le-invigilation tool idinga abafundi ukuba badownload i-app ku Play
Store yabo (Google, Huawei and Apple) komakhalekhukhwini babo (benze amakhamera asebenze)
ngaphambi kokuqala ukuhlolwa.

I-IRIS Invigilation software eqinisekisa ukuthi nguyena yini umfundi obhalisele ukufunda e-Unisa,
iphinde ikhiphe ulwazi oluqoshiwe nokugcinekile lokuqinisekisa ubuso bomfundi. Kanjalo iyakwazi
nokuqopha umbhalo womfundi wokuhlolwa ngenkathi ebhala. Iphinde iveze ukuziphatha
okusolisayo komfundi ukuze abaqaphi bokuhlolwa bakubukisise. IRIS software idinga ukufakwa
kumakhompuyutha abafundi anamakhamera.
Abafundi abaqashelwe ukuthi abethembekile ekuhlolweni kwabo kuthathelwa ezethulweni ze-
invigilation kanye ne proctoring bahanjiswa ehhovisi lokuqondiswa kwezigwegwe bese kulandelwa
uhlelo lokuqulwa kwecala.
Qaphela lokhu:
Abafundi ababheke ukuhlolwa kwemojuli nolwazi kumyModule sites ukuze baqondisise ukuthi iyiphi
i-proctoring noma invigilation tool ezosetshenziswa ekuhlolweni kwabo ngama-asayinimenti
nangokubhalwa kokuhlolwa.

10 UKUNGETHEMBEKI EMSEBENZINI WESIKOLE


10.1 I-Plagiarism

I-Plagiarism isenzo sokuthatha amazwi, imibono kanye nemicabango yabanye abantu ukwenze
sengathi okwakho. Kuyindlela ethile yokweba efaka phakathi izenzo eziningana zokungabi neqiniso,
ezifana nalezi ezilandelayo:
• Ukuthatha amazwi njengoba enjalo kunoma yimuphi umbhalo ngaphandle kokuveza
ukuthi amazwi aqhamuka kulowo mbhalo.
• Ukungafaki amariferensi noma ukusebenzisa amariferensi okungesiwo noma
angabhaliwe kahle.
• Ukubeka ngawakho amazwi kodwa ungavezi umbhalo lawo mazwi owathathe kuwo.

10.2 Ukukopela

Ukukopela kufaka, noma kungesikho kuphela, lokhu okulandelayo:


• Ukwenzela imisebenzi yesikole omunye noma abanye abafundi, ukubukela komunye
umfundi uma kwenziwa umsebenzi wesikole noma ukuvumela omunye umfundi ukuthi
abukele emsebenzini wakho wesikole.
• Ukusebenzisa izinkundla zokuxhumana (isib. u-WhatsApp, i-Telegram) noma ezinye
izindlela zokuxhumana ukuthumela ulwazi mayelana nomsebenzi wesikole okumele
wenziwe.
• Ukuthumela ngamabomu umsebenzi omoshekile noma okungesiwo.
• Ukuthenga izimpendulo “kuma-tutor” noma ukuzibheka kwi-inthanethi (lokho okubizwa
nge-contract cheating).
