Subject- Addendum-II in respect of tender for providing comprehensive AMC and O&M services for
existing CDR Data Centers at Kolkata and Chandigarh under CDR Project-I and II respectively.

Ref- Tender Ref. No - ITPCCO-23/11(24)/9/2024-MM issued on 19.12.2024

With reference to the subject and referred Tender ref. No., addendum is issued as below: -
17. FORCE MAJEURE
17.3
Due to End-of-Life products if the successful bidder is not able to resolve issues and OEM is not able to
extend support, on case-by-case basis relaxation of SLAs shall be considered by BSNL.

Section 5 Part B SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT (SCC)
1. General Requirement from Bidder and OEM:
1.1 The bidder shall submit OEMs back-to-back support certificate from OEM on yearly basis within fifteen
days from release of APO.
1.2 Further to safeguard BSNL interest, in case of expiry of OEM support as per OEM policy during contract
period, bidder has to replace such item with equivalent specifications free of cost during the contract
period. – This Clause is deleted.

6. Tender Evaluation

Financial bids of all bidders shall be evaluated after opening of financial bids and then whosoever quotes
lowest based on NPV basis will be lowest evaluated bidder i.e. L-1 bidder.

SECTION 3 – PART A SCOPE OF WORK

BSNL reserves right to reduce quantity / items / zone at any point of time during the contract period.
