The following are the criteria in rating the performance of OJT students adopted from a
module for flexible Internship Program for criminology, second edition by Mario A. Garcia,
PhD, (2023).

Measures:
A – Punctuality and Attendance (10 points) Put a mark
( 10 ) perfect attendance
( 8 ) rarely absent or late
( 6 ) punctual and average attendance
( 4 ) frequently absent or late
( 2 ) often times absent or late
B- Knowledge of work ( 15 points )
(15) has a complete and thorough knowledge of work
(14) rarely needs instructions and assistance
(12) needs instructions and assistance
(8) regularly needs instructions and assistance

C-Quality of work (10 points)
(10) complete and accurate in all details
(8) rarely commits error

D - Acceptance of Responsibility (10 points)
