• Top-grade Vinyl Ester resin in top three laminate layers for max moisture resistance and surface longevity
• Main laminate assembled using top-grade Isophthalic polyester resins
• With final interior coating of Vinyl Ester for improved moisture resistance
• International™ Interprotect® epoxy-based anti-osmosis bottom primer coating system
• International™ anti-fouling bottom paint, black color
• Transverse and longitudinal top-hat stiffeners formed and bonded to hull using high-density closed-cell foam
and Vinyl Ester resin for improved bond strength and enhanced hull toughness and longevity
• Extreme attention paid to properly tapering out the flanges of bonded stringers to avoid stress concentration
• Hull-to-deck joint bonded with high-strength 3M™ 5200 structural polyurethane adhesive and bolted
• Main hull-to-deck joint additionally fiberglassed on inside of shell using Vinyl Ester for best bonding
• Extra laminate reinforcing layers from stem aft to water-tight collision partition placed aft of forward end
of waterline to guard against loss of hull buoyancy in the event of a collision with flotsam at sea
