MISSION STATEMENT
Following the Thai Wrestling Academy mission to continuously develop,
improve, promote and propagate the values of Martial Arts on a global
platform, we are introducing the first Thai Wrestling Academy Syllabus, which
is a program with the minimum techniques necessary for the standardization
of Thai Wrestling teaching in all different national federations.
In this way, as a global organization, we will be able to maintain a minimum
standard of quality among our members, thus guaranteeing a promising future
for our sport.

LEVEL 1: YELLOW
1. MMA Stance & footwork

technical get up to feet, shoot (repeat 20 times as fast as
possible x 3 rounds)
9. Rolling / Sparring:
Shark Tank: Fresh opponent every round (5 x 5 minutes)
10. Coaching:
Pass written coaching exam
Pass interview process to assess character Plan & teach a class
in front of peers
