The Insured is entitled to receive the following benefits:

PER PERSON (PHP)
Section 1 – Accidental Death and Disablement (AD&D) Up to 1,000,000
1.1 Unprovoked Murder and Assault (UMA) Up to 250,000
Section 2 – Accidental Medical Reimbursement (AMR) Up to 100,000
Section 3 – Accidental Death Burial Benefit (ADBB) Up to 5,000

Eligibility
All Professional Drivers of the Policyholder who are declared under this policy and who are 18 to 65 years old
and all Unnamed Passengers of the Policyholder who are 10 to 75 years old

Scope of Coverage
• Coverage for the Biker shall commence while on duty and shall cease upon off duty
• Coverage for the Passenger of Joyride shall commence while on trip (from pick-up to drop off point) or shall
cease within five (5) minutes or within a one meter (1m) distance upon getting off whichever comes first

In case of a claim, please contact Joyride PH Corporation immediately. Written notice of claim must be given to
Us within thirty (30) days after occurrence of any Accident or other event likely to give rise to a claim under this
Policy. However immediate notice must be given to Us in the event of accidental death.

Disclaimer: If the Policyholder or Insured Person becomes entitled to a refund or reimbursement of all or part of
such expenses from any other source, Starr International Insurance Philippines will only be liable for the additional
amount not recoverable from such other source or insurance.

This cover is subject to the terms and conditions of Master Policy Number LAGA00378424 which is available in the
office of the Policyholder.
