PRODUCT DATA SPECIAL PROPERTIES AND USE
Determined per batch: Viacryl VSC 6292w serves for the production of white or bright coloured
cathodic precipitable electro dipping coatings.
Dynamic Viscosity DIN EN ISO 3219
dynamic viscosity [mPa.s] 50 - 500 For pigmentation with titanium dioxide pigments there is no need of an
(10 1/s; 23 °C) additional paste resin. Due to high shear stability of Viacryl VSC 6292w a
titanium dioxide pigment paste can be produced directly using
pH-Value DIN ISO 976 Viacryl VSC 6292w. For clear or bright coloured coatings a catalysis is
pH-value 3,8 - 5,3 necessary in order to avoid slightly yellowing by stoving. The catalyst paste
(10 %) can also be manufactured directly from Viacryl VSC 6292w.
Non-Volatile Matter DIN 55671 Viacryl VSC 6292w may also be applied as clear paint for the production of
non-volatile matter [%] 37 - 39 transparent protective coatings on iron and non-iron metals due to its non-
(120 °C; 10 min) yellowing tendency.

flash point [°C] >100 Viacryl VSC 6292w differs from Viacryl VSC 6277w in higher flexibility and
improved general mechanical properties. Viacryl VSC 6292w has more
reactivity and allows baking conditions beginning from 150 °C without
catalysis.
