OVERVIEW:
The Tagas Elementary School - School Governing Council held a meeting with
stakeholders on November 17, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. in the Multipurpose Hall of Tagas Elementary
School.
OBJECTIVE/S:
The agenda of the meeting are the following:
1. Review of the previous minutes
2. Re-orientation of Functions of SGC, Roles and Responsibilities
3. Communication within the School Community
4. Planning for SIP Crafting
5. Other Matters
ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED:

The photos were taken during the Tagas ES-SGC


meeting with other school stakeholders on November 17,
2023, at Tagas ES Multipurpose Hall. The above agenda
was tackled and discussed by the SGC.

CURRENT STATUS:

The school’s priority programs and projects were identified and included in the crafting
of the School Improvement Plan.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS/ISSUES/ CONCERNS:
The school, like other sectors, cannot operate effectively without its personnel, including
school administrators, teachers, students, parents, and stakeholders. To successfully manage a
school, collaboration among both internal and external stakeholders is essential. Equally
important is the school's plan, which serves as a framework or blueprint for how management
and administration will execute various programs, projects, and activities.
Tagas Elementary School, located in the Daraga North District, has effectively utilized
programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) to identify several priority improvement areas (PIAs).
This approach has supported the school in developing a comprehensive School Improvement
