DESCRIPTION
STONE FIXING
DRY STONE CLADDING
Providing and fixing dry cladding upto 10 metre heights gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour an
1.5mx1.0m, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and sealing the joints with appro
sealant., including holes/ cutting for switch plates, fixtures etc., with all consumables, manpower, any other resource, with
complete as per drawing, technical specification and instruction of Architect / Engineer-in-charge. Rate is inclusive wastag
protection till handing over etc complete at all floors & levels as directed by EIC.
Rate inclusive of cost of all materials, miscellaneous consumables, labours ,transportation of material to all required locati
means , tools, plant and machinery, hire and fuel charges and all other incidental charges etc., all required as per specifica
directed by EIC. The item rates shall hold good for work at all Levels, lead, lifts, Heights, Depths etc.
Mode of Measurement- Actual area measured in vertical plane/ elevation
Note: Rate is exclusive of framework covered in item no. 3.1

Providing and fixing structural steel frame (for dry cladding with 30 mm thick gang saw cut with machine cut edges sand st

EXTERIOR PAINT
EXTERNAL GRADE ACRYLIC EMULSION PAINT
Providing and applying 100% Acrylic exterior paint of approved colour, shade and make finished with brush / spray / roller
by EIC) in one or more coat of putty and two or more coats of Acrylic paint to get desired finish over external RCC surfaces
using approved materials, prepared, applied and finished as per manufacturer's recommendations , etc.

TEXTURE PAINT
Providing and applying Two coats or more coats to get desired finish of Heavy-duty 100% Acrylic heavy texture waterproo
antialgal, anticarbonation and elastomeric exterior paint system as per manufacturer's recommendation and specification
pattern to external surface including scaffolding, labour, and material and preparing surface. The surface shall be thoroug
mortar dropping, dirt dust, algae, fungus or moth grease and other foreign material by brushing and washing ,pitting in RC
good surface imperfections such as cracks with synthetic fine texture based on polymer emulsion reinforced with quartz &

ALUMINIUM WINDOWS
ALUMINIUM FRAMED WINDOWS
Providing & Fixing Fixed Window/Door comprising of frame with Shutters as per Drawings with ALUMINIUM Extrusions fro
extruder to withstand the project design wind pressure. Include all necessary accessories, E.P.D.M. Gaskets, siliconized wo
and approved European hardware's as a complete tested window system. All exposed ALUMINIUM extrusions with outer
section shall be SDF powder coating (white/Black/Charcoal Grey or as approved) as per approved shade. Non exposed area
chromatised to 5 microns. The quality of coating shall be guaranteed for a period of 15 years. Price shall include fixing of th
marble / Concrete /Plaster rough ground surface with necessary fixing screws of SS 316 grade with rawl plug. The scope sh

Structural Curtain Glazing
