Affidavit Cum Undertaking by Tenant

We Vidit Purohit and Shreya Bajpai R/O 90/26B, Malviya Nagar, South Delhi, Delhi – 110017 hereby
solemnly declare on oath as under:

1. That we are the Tenant of Apartment No. 903 in Tower 4 (herein after referred as “Flat”) situated
in Project Pyramid Heights in Sector 85, Gurugram (herein after referred as “Project / Residential
Complex”) developed by Pyramid Infratech Pvt. Ltd. (herein after referred as “Builder /
Developer/ Company”)
2. That I have read over and understood the contents and / or Terms and Conditions (T & C) of the
Operation & Service Agreement along with Occupants Manual duly shared by the Builder/
Developer / its Maintenance Agency and my Landlord and I/ We shall abide by the terms and
conditions of the same in letter and spirit.
3. That I understand that there is no provision for a 4 (Four) Wheeler car parking inside the Project /
Residential Complex and shall not park any 4 Wheeler inside the Project premises. In case I do
not adhere to the policy as mentioned in the Operation and Service Agreement / Occupant
Manual, I shall be liable to penalty / fine as per company policy.
4. That I understand that it would be my responsibility to share the antecedents of myself along
with mandatory Police Verification from the concern Police Station. Further I shall be responsible
to pay all charges on regular basis as applicable in the society/ Project from time to time and in
case of noncompliance, I give my consent to disconnect the services being rendered to me/ Flat
including disconnection of the electricity, water, sewage, etc.
5. That no structural change shall be made by me in the said Flat or the common area failing which I
shall be liable, including but not limited to prosecution and claim of damages from me by the
Builder/ Developer/ Company / Maintenance Agency.
6. That no Commercial Activity shall be carried by me in the said Flat and noncompliance in this
regard may result into heavy penalty/ fine as may deem fit/ appropriate by the Management of
the company.
