Guidelines & Policies
To make sure we both get the most out of this program, here are a few ground rules to
keep things clear and respectful of each other’s time:
1. Session Rescheduling:
◦ If you need to reschedule a session, please let me know at least 24 hours
in advance.
◦ Changes within 24 hours count as a completed session unless there’s an
emergency.
2. Time Adjustments on the Same Day:
◦ If you need to adjust the session time, a minimum of 4 hours notice is
required.
◦ Less than 4 hours notice may result in the session being rescheduled at my
discretion.
3. No-Shows / Late Arrivals:
◦ If you’re more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session is
considered a no-show.
◦ No-shows count as completed sessions.
4. Commitment:
◦ You are expected to complete all agreed-upon tasks, eld work, and
exercises between sessions.
◦ This is a partnership, and results depend on your consistent action and
engagement.
5. Availability:
◦ My available times are set in advance. Sessions are booked according to
the agreed schedule.
◦ Any extra calls or support outside of sessions can be discussed but are
not guaranteed unless part of your plan.
6. Communication:
◦ All communication happens through WhatsApp
◦ If I message you, I expect a response within 24 hours, and I’ll do the
same.

Commitment
1. You Are 100% Responsible for Your Results
• This coaching gives you the tools, guidance, and strategy, but you are
responsible for showing up, doing the work, and making it happen.
• You get out what you put in.
No action = no results.
Massive action = massive growth.
2. I Can't Want It More Than You Do
• I’m here to guide, challenge, and support you but I can’t do it for you.
• If you’re not committed to doing the work, this process won’t work, no matter
how skilled the coaching is.
3. Commitment Means Showing Up—No Matter What
• Whether you're feeling tired, unmotivated, or facing resistance—that’s exactly
when you need to show up.
• Commitment is doing the work, even when it’s inconvenient or uncomfortable.
That’s where transformation happens.
4. Follow Through On Assignments
• Every task, challenge, and exercise is designed with purpose.
Skipping them holds you back, not me.
• I expect completion and feedback on all assignments. If you’re stuck,
communicate—don’t disappear.
6. Results Are Earned, Not Given
• There’s no magic pill
Consistency over time leads to real, lasting results.
• You are earning the new identity and life you want through consistent action.
7. Integrity with Your Word
• If you say you’ll do something—do it.
This builds self-trust, which is the foundation of con dence and success in any
area of life.
• If something changes, communicate proactively. No ghosting. No excuses.
