In the modern era, internet can be classified into primary needs. Internet is not only u
sed by the businessman, but with the help of sophisticated technology, the primary school’s s
tudent was already able to access the internet by using computers and smartphones. It can als
o be seen as a business opportunity and the media to promote their products by using social
media. Social media is an online media, with its users could easily participate, share, and cre
ate content including blogs, social networking, wikis, forums and a virtual world. With millio
ns of users’ active on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, your busine
ss can tap into an extensive pool of potential customers. By consistently sharing valuable con
tent, interacting with your audience, and utilizing relevant hashtags, you can not only increas
e your brand visibility but also attract potential customers who may have otherwise overlook
ed your business. The researcher will utilize the descriptive research design to determine the
Impact of social media as new market for online seller.

This study was conducted in Barangay Maranding, Lala, Lanao del Norte. In this stud
y, the researchers conducted the survey in Maranding Lala, Lanao del Norte. Respondents wi
ll be selected through non-random convenient sampling among 20 online sellers of the differ
ent stores. The results show that there is a significant relationship between the determinants o
f customer satisfaction and seller satisfaction on online market. Furthermore, the researchers
recommend that. The researcher recommends that the seller develop strategic plan to improv
e the product and service based on the customers’ feedback such adding new features to keep
the customer satisfaction high.
