administrative processes of online trading platforms, social media, and internet service providers
as listed in Confidential Annexure A. A redacted version of Confidential Annexure A can be
provided upon request.
Sellers from any of the organizations listed in Confidential Annexure A who wish to speak to a
representative of Superdry plc or one of its affiliated brands should be given the following email

The power granted to INCOPRO is valid from 1st of May 2018 and can be revoked at any time at the
request of the IP holder.
