Terms & Conditions:-
1. This quotation is based on the dimension, drawings, sketch provided to us. Any changes in design or in sizes will affect the pricing.
2. Itemized Per Sq. Ft. (and project average rate) is valid for a size variation of (+/-) 25mm only for the given design.
3. GST is exclusive in the rates as indicated in the offer.
4. Freight from Factory to your destination Extra or as mentioned in the above quote.
5. Any increase/decrease in the taxation will be charged/passed-on, as per prevailing rate at the time of actual supply/billing. No notice
of such change in taxes etc. shall be given during the execution of the project.
6. Payment Terms: 100% along with Purchase Order.
7. Power, scaffolding & storage facilities at site: To be provided by buyer.
8. Validity of our offer: Our prices are valid for 10 days from the date of offer.
9. Price Escalation: In case the project completion period delays on your part, additional 10% of the total value will be charged by us as
price escalation.
10. Order once placed, cannot be cancelled/altered.
11. No changes in the design / sizes are possible after fabrication of Windows/Doors.
12. Protective Tape needs to be removed maximum within one month from the date of the installation in civil opening otherwise profile
warranty will not be applicable. We shall remove the protective tape immediately after the installation of the windows, afterwards we
will not be responsible to remove the protective tape.
13. Billing will be done on item rate basis.
14. Window civil opening size will be considered for the billing, window fabrication tolerance will be 5-6mm from height & width.
15. Windows, Frames & Glasses once delivered & installed at your site are in clean condition. After installation, in case Frames, Shutters,
Glasses & Hardware are scratched or dirty due to working at site such as HVAC, civil contractors P.O.P. & Paint works. It will not be
our responsibility to clean the Windows & Glass and any replacement if requested will be on chargeable basis.
16. Any increase / decrease in the taxation will be charged / passed-on, as per prevailing rate at the time of actual supply /billing /
execution.
17. Buyer has to provide clear & correct civil openings for installation.
18. In case of sliding window/door with mesh shutter, mesh will be fiber (Nylon) mesh or as mentioned in the quote / drawing.
19. Cleaning of UPVC Windows /Glass will not be in our scope of work.
20. Any Cutting or Repair of R.C.C, Stone, Brick, Civil Jamb, Flooring or Plastering etc. For fixing the frame is not in our work scope.
