ARTICLE 5: ARBITRATION
5.1 In the course of execution of the contract, all disputes not reaching as amicable agreement shall be
settled by Vietnam International Arbitration Center at VCCI in Ha Noi (Vietnam) in accordance with its
rules. The decision of the Vietnam International Arbitration shall be final and binding for both Parties.
5.2 Fee for the arbitration and/or the other charges shall be borne by the losing party, unless otherwise
agreed.
ARTICLE 6: GENERAL CONDITIONS
The both sides undertake to carry out this contract fully: Any charge or amendment to this contract will be valid
only after a written agreement has been duty signed by both sides
This contract comes into force from the signing date and is made out in 02 English originals in the
same value, 01 set for each party and will be valid from the signing date.
