1. The information, brochure may be downloaded from the website www.iiita.ac.in or https://mba.iiita.ac.in/ The processing fee of applications
[Rs. 1200/- for General and OBC & Rs.600/- for SC/ST/PH candidates] is to be paid in online mode while filling online application form.
2. Candidates appearing in Qualifying Degree Examinations may also apply, provided that their results are declared before the commencement
of classes (by 10th July, 2025) at IIIT-Allahabad. Else the candidate shall not be treats as eligible tor MBA2025 and the offer made, if any, shall
be treated as withdrawn automatically.
The candidate needs to have qualifying exam scorecard on the date of applying online.

4. The list of all screened candidates shall be available on IIIT-A website. The applicants are therefore advised to visit the website frequently, in their own
interest (www.iiita.ac.in). In no case shall the Institute be responsible for nonreceipt of the information by the applicants.
5. The written test will be conducted by IIIT-A followed by PI. Personal Interview will be held for screened candidates only on the basis of candidates cleared
the IIIT Management Admission Test (IMAT) written exam, which shall be only a Computer Based Test with multiple choices questions.
6. All the matters are subject to the jurisdictions of Hon’ble Allahabad High Court.
7. Separate residential facilities for Boys and Girls exist (Residential Facilities may be given subject to availability).
8. Selected candidates will have to present all original document at the time of admission to AAA Section, IIIT-A.
9. Medical fitness certificate for IIIT-A in the form shall have to be submitted at the time of admission.

11. In case there is any change in above dates, the same will be updated on the Institute website.
12. Incomplete form in any respect will be summarily rejected.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES APPEARING FOR IMAT 2025 ON 02.06.2025
1. IMAT2025 is being conducted in Physical Mode only.
2. IMAT2025 is for admissions to the MBA Program commencing from July 2025 ONLY.
3. Venue of IMAT 2025 is IIIT Allahabad campus at Jhalwa, Prayagraj ONLY. Exams will be held in the Computer Centre Buildings of the Institute and waiting area for students,
accompanying parents/ guardians is Admin Auditorium in Admin Block.
4. IMAT 2025 is Computer BasedTest (CBT) with Multiple Answer Choice Questions (MCQ), where each examinee shall be allotted a separate computer terminal for his/her
examination. Rough Sheet shall also be provided but responses of correct answers shall have to be marked on the computer terminal for consideration.
5. All examinees are required to enter their answer choices directly on the computer for being considered for evaluation.
6. IMAT Examination is a two Staged Examination comprising of – (Stage 1-WrittenCBT) + (Stage 2 -Personal Interview (Group Discussions + Personal Interview).
7. Relative Weightage of Both Stagesis as follows: Stage 1 – 50% Stage 2 – 50% (Equal weightage of 25% each to Group Discussion and Personal Interview)
8. Only those candidates will be allowed for Stage 2 participation and further consideration, who are qualified Stage I Examination.
9. The Written CBT Examination shall be of 100 Marks AND comprise of four sections (Sec a – Aptitude Test, Sec b – Information Communication Technology Sec c –
Communication (English Language), Sec d – General Knowledge),
10. Thereis no NEGATIVE MARKING in CBT.
11. Candidates are allowed to enter into the examination Room from 9:15 am onwards on 02-06-2025.
12. From 9:30 am to 9:40 am they shall be allowed a practice window with the Examination Software, with the help of dummy questions. No examinee shall be allowed entry into
the examination hall after 9:45 am. Attendance shall be recorded during this time. Actual examination shall start from 10:00 am onwards and end at 11.30 AM.
13. The seating arrangements for IMAT 2025 shall be displayed on the Gate No. 2 of IIIT Allahabad from 8 am of 02/06/2025 (Monday).
14. The written examination is the screening Examination. Accordingly, the candidates scoringmarks equal to or above the specified CUT OFF marks shall ONLY be eligible for the Group
Discussions and Personal Interview (Stage 2).
15. List of candidates invited for Stage 2, shall be displayed on the Notice Board in CC3 Building at about 5:30 pm. Stage 2 examination shall be held on 2nd & 3rd June, 2025 (Monday
& Tuesday) from 10 AM onwards in the MBA Department of the Institute.
16. Throughout the IMAT 2025, IIITA is relying on the candidate for all the claims pertaining to his/her academic achievements as well as Category being made by the applicant in his
application. The responsibility of producing the relevant Original Records in support, at the time of admission therefore rests solely and completely upon the candidate. In case of any
shortfall / misleading /False information found at any stage, the admission offer of the candidate / admission, shall be cancelled ab initio, with all liabilities arising, whatsoever on the
candidate himself. No change in social category is allowed at any stage.
17. No calculator/ electronic device/ cheat sheet/slip of any kind is allowed in the examination hall. Candidates may be frisked upon entry during examination and shall be personally
responsible for the outcome. In case any objectionable/ unwarranted material being recovered from the candidate s/he shall be removed from the examination hall forthwith and
debarred from further participation in the IMAT 2025.
