1. ALL DIMENSIONS ARE IN FEET AND INCH.


2. ALL DIMENSIONS ARE TO BE READ NOT TO BE MEASURED.
3. IN CASE OF ANY DISCREPANCY IN DRAWING PLEASE CONTACT TO
STRUCTURE ENGINEER.
4. ALL PLAIN AND REINFORCED CONCRETE SHALL CONFORM TO IS-456-2000
5. CEMENT FOR ALL R.C.C. WORK TO BE 53 GRADE OPC/PPC CEMENT.
6. CLEAR COVER TO REINFORCEMENT UNLESS NOTED SHALL BE AS
FOLLOWS.
FOOTING 2" R.C.C. SLAB 1"
COLUMNS 1.5" R.C.C. LINTEL 1"
BEAMS 1"
7. CONCRETE MIX FOR DESIGN SHALL BE IN M25
8. ALL P.C.C. WORK SHALL BE IN (1:3:6). & 4" THK. UNLESS NOTED

10. LAP LENGTH 50xD (D=DIA. OF BAR)


11. REMOVAL OF SHUTTERING AND CURING AS PER IS 456:2000
12. ORIENTATION OF COLUMNS SHALL BE AS PER STRUCTURAL DRAWING.
13. IN COLUMNS WHERE VERTICAL BARS ARE LAPPED THE TIES SHALL BE HALF THE SPACING
THAN SPACING SPECIFIED IN DESIGN.
14. LAPS IN COLUMNS SHALL BE STAGGERED BY 1.5 X LD
15. MAXIMUM 50% BARS SHALL BE LAPPED AT LOCATION
16. NUMBER OF BAR SHOULD NOT BE COUNTED BUT SPACING INDICATED SHALL BE ADOPTED.
17. FOUNDATION HAS BEEN DESIGN FOR SBC OF BELOW GROUND LEVEL.
18. STRUCTURE DESIGN CONSIDER FOR DEAD LOAD AND LIVE LOAD ONLY AS PER IS 456-2000
