CHARGING YOUR IPHONE
Your iPhone has an internal lithium-ion rechargeable battery, currently offering optimal
performance. Your new iPhone can charge quicker, last longer, and is designed with
extended battery life.
CHARGING INFORMATION :
LOW BATTERY
If your iPhone's battery is running low, it may show a depleted battery icon, indicating
that it needs at least 10 minutes of charging before you can use it again. If the battery is
extremely low, the screen may be black for up to 2 minutes before the low-battery icon
appears.
CHARGING METHODS
To charge your iPhone, you can choose from the following options:
1. Connect your iPhone to a power outlet using the provided charging cable, an Apple
USB power adapter, or a compatible power adapter (available separately). For
additional details, refer to “Power adapters for iPhone.”
2. Place your iPhone face up on a MagSafe Charger or MagSafe Duo Charger connected
to an Apple 20W USB-C or another compatible power adapter. Alternatively, you can
use a Qi-certified charger. (These items are available separately.)
3. Connect your iPhone to your computer using a cable. Ensure your computer is
powered on, as connecting to a powered-off computer may result in battery drainage
instead of charging. Look for the charging icon 4yon the battery icon to confirm that
your iPhone is charging.
Ifyou think there may be liquid in your iPhones charging port, do not plug in the charging cable.
OPTIMIZING IPHONE BATTERY CHARGING
Your iPhone offers a feature that helps reduce the rate of battery aging by limiting the
time it remains fully charged. This setting utilizes machine learning to discern your daily
charging routine, postponing charging beyond 80% until needed.
