I am pleased to tell you about ... I bought my house in hcm city 2 years ago. The reason why I made this
important decision is simply because I want to have a better house for my family in order to have a
stable life. As you know, my house has 3 floors, on the first floor there is 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1
bathroom, on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms and movie threater, the last floor is
the rooftop. The best thing that I like about my house is the rooftop where I can plant many trees and
beautiful flowers, furthermore, it also is the place where I can admire the scenery of city in the evening
and work out in the morning as well. For me, I consider it was a right decision because this is the best
home in there family can hang out and share feeling after work and study.

Today, I am going to talk about (Đà Nẵng). If I am not mistaken, it was about ... (time) when I
went to Đà Nẵng with my family. ĐN is in the central of VN and it takes about ... hours to drive there
from HCMC. On my family’s first trip to ĐN, we didn’t know the way so I asked the local people to give
me directions but they gave me the wrong information and my family was lost for 2 hours. It was the first
time I was lost since I didn’t have Internet access. ĐN is a coastal province in the central VN with
numerous attractions, such as Marble mountain, natural caves and a long beachline. This attracts
millions of tourists every year. The Dragon bridge is where you watch the light show and enjoy your
favourite drinks with your family. But to me, I love to go to the music concert at every weekends because
I can hear many popular singers perform there. There were hundreds of people celebrating and drinking
beer which was wild. After the party, we felt exhausted but happy because we had lots of fun. I think in
the future, My family and I will return to DN to discover more attractions.

Pollution

Since these events invited lots of famous singer, many tourists and cars flocked to beach. This
makes the air congested and polluted, which is very harmful to the public health. I hope the government
will take this matter seriously.

Job

Describe a job you think is interesting you should say

Today, I am going to tell with you about my job. I believe the job of customer services is very important,
which happens to be my current occupation at the moment. So i will share with you some details. I have
worked as deputy manager of customer services division at TSN international airport, I am responsible
for supervising all passengers at the check-in counter in order to ensure that they follow the airline’s
policies and safety regulations. The reason why I choose this career is because there are some
advantages: the most obvious one is that I work in a stable working environment and it comes with a
handsome salary. As you know, international airport is a best place where i can meet various people
around the world whom come to Vietnam to travel or work. To me, this is Another benefit which give me
the opportunity to study English. And to be honest, my english has improved significantly over ten years
thanks to this job. Furthermore, I also have the chance to learn many signature cultures from different
countries as well. All of the things that I mentioned are the reason why I love my profession.

me a beautiful and luxurious Iphone 13 from a new electronic store in my neighborhood that just
opened 2 weeks ago. It is an Apple phone and it is a limited-series edition, which is around 20 million
VND. It has many unique features, such as a colorful display, a small classic clock in the back and a
modern AI. I find it very helpful, compact and stylish. I can still check the time even when the phone face
down and this help me to focus on my work better. *Since I’ve had this phone, it makes my life more
convenient and comfortable as the phone gives me daily health report and the AI assistant proves to be
really reliable as it learn the user’s habit very quick. I feel very happy and pleased to bring this phone
every day because it reminds me of my wife.*

race since I was 10. Up until now, I still play finswimming race with my friends and my little brother in the
afternoon on the weekends. We often play it in the local swimming pool, which has been built recently in
my neighborhood. The pool is Olympic-standard, around 40 meters long. This means that from now my
hometown will be able to host national competitions. According to the rule of this game, you need 2
teams with 3 or 4 players per team and the fastest team wins. I find finswimming race is an great sport
because I can stay underwater and I can move freely, unlike on land. Another advantage is that
compared to soccer, you are not sweating under the sun but always stay cool. My brother is small in size
but he swim pretty fast and he loves to be in the water. So he always asks me to bring him along.

Today, I am going to talk about (topic quiz). If I am not mistaken, It happened ... months ago
when I read a book called “The legend of Quang Trung” which is about the titular commander
that end the civil war more than 400 years ago in VN. This book is written by To Huu, a
celebrated author in VN, and it was a major success in the VNese market. The story of this book
is about his journey to create an army to bring peace to the people of VN. In terms of
appearance, he had a rough face but his eyes are bright. In terms of personality, he was a bit
hot-headed but very smart, always thinking outside of the box. Because of this, many
considered him a threat and planned to replace him. But when he gave a speech to their people
asking them to protect VN independence from domestic and foreign enemies, many recognized
him as a rightful king. Because of this incredible speech that I read this book countless times. I
would love to do more research and know more about him. Thanks to him, I know more about
the history of VN and I feel proud to be a Vnese.

Today, I am going to talk about (topic quiz). If I am not mistaken, It happened ... months ago when I came
across a website on the internet called: “film for everyone.com” and you can stream your favorite movie
anytime and anywhere for about 2$ a month. My brother recommend it for me because he is a movie
buff. Since I am a businessman so I can only go to this website on the weekend but this website had an
exclusive movie called “The legend of Quang Trung” which is about the titular commander that end the

Today, I am going to talk about (topic quiz). If I am not mistaken, it was about ..... and I went to Da Nang
Province in Vietnam with my family to celebrate the Cham ethnic festival. The Cham new year festival
lasted for 4 days and there were various activities except for the first day, which is called “Silent day”.
People on that day can must stay at home with their family and nothing else. After that day, people play
games and visit each other’s relatives. On my first day, I had a very strange meal where the locals offered
my families their traditional seafood dish. It was a steam lionfish with mountain berries sauce which
compliment the dish (very well) / (both in favour and visual aspects). At first, I feel reluctant to give this
dish a try since the fish is not common in my place. As I took the first bite, it turn out to be very tender
and tasty, the sauce is sweet and sour. I also try the rice wine that local brew themselves and turns out it
was better than I thought. I consider this experience to be very unique and I think I will join the Cham
festival in the near future.

CLOTHES

Today, I am going to talk about (topic quiz). If I am not mistaken, last year I saw an advertisement on TV
for a style of clothes focus on sportswears for comfort. The advertisement featured a very offensive rap
song that I find it not decent due to many swearing words. But the main model with this kind of outfit
was outstanding and good-looking, the outfit allows him to be active and energetic all the time. This
style allows me to dress for various purposes like going to work or going on picnic. Luckily, Amazon, a
popular online shopping platform, is offering these clothing at a bargaining price. So every month, I
would browse each featured store to buy polo shirts, tracksuits or jumpsuits. I think that although I don’t
like the fashion advertisement from last year but thanks to it, I learn a kind of fashion that make me
more confident and younger.

MISSED/LATE

Today, I am going to talk about (topic quiz). If I am not mistaken, it was about ... and I was late to attend a
training session with my company in Da Nang Province, VN. This was a very important training sessions
that was held each year by Vietnam Airline, the leading airline company of my country. And that year,
the airline decided to implement AI technology to make checkin procedure more fluid and convenient.
And Da Nang airport is going to be the first one to receive this technology. But unluckily, the transport
service that my group booked was lost because of the new driver. In the end, my group missed the
training completely. I was furious so I called the transport company and make a very serious complaint.
Although the company can not repay or undo their mistakes, they offer me a refund and a free trip for
my next booking. I admit that I lost my temper back then but I think the company’s solution was
satisfactory and luckily, on that day, the computer was malfunctioned so we didn’t missed anything.

Today, I am going to talk about (topic quiz). If I am not mistaken, it was about ... when I was teaching my
son how to swim to attend the finswimming race contest in NT Province, VN. I showed him all the
swimming and breathing techniques so she can improve her speed and agility underwater. My son
learned very fast and after 2 weeks since we started training, he beat me in both diving and swimming
challenge. Then I taught her how to use the fin and swimming equipment which she enjoyed very much.
According to the rule of finswimming race, you need 2 teams with 3 or 4 players per team and the fastest
team wins. I find finswimming race is an great sport because I can stay underwater and I can move freely,
unlike on land. Another advantage is that compared to soccer, you are not sweating under the sun but
always stay cool. After 3 months of training, my son’s team secured the best team title and the parents
threw a very big party to celebrate. Seeing him at the award ceremony makes me very proud of his
dedication and commitment to winning this contest.
