Dear Mr. Ranjeet Kumar
We are writing to you with reference to your application made with our company for the position of
Highway supervisor this month, After reviewing your past project records and entitlement on successful
and timely completion of esteemed project handled by you and your team you have been invited to join
our company as a “Junior Structural Engineer” in “Rehabilitation and Upgradation of road from design
Km 25.250 to Km 36.460 (Total Length: 11.210 Km) of Kailashahar - Kurti Bridge section of NH-2O8A to two
lane with paved shoulder in the State of Tripura on EPC mode {Package-III)-Balance work”
You are appointed as the “Junior Structural Engineer” in our company and will be posted at our Dorset
Project Site location mentioned above. As we have a major construction project going on at the mentioned
site location and hence we require your team to initiate further. Our company reserves the rights to
relocate you along with your preferred team mates where our projects may be initiated in near future.
Job Entitlement and Key - Responsibilities:
• Design and Analysis: Design and analyze structures, such as buildings, bridges, and towers, to
ensure they are safe, durable, and meet regulatory requirements.
• Load Calculations: Calculate loads, stresses, and strains on structures to determine their stability
and safety.
• Material Selection: Select suitable materials for structures, considering factors such as strength,
durability, and cost.
• Construction Supervision: Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design
specifications and safety standards.
• Site Investigations: Conduct site investigations to gather data on soil conditions, topography, and
other environmental factors.
• Structural Inspections: Inspect existing structures to identify defects, damage, or potential safety
hazards.
• Repair and Maintenance: Design and supervise repairs and maintenance work on existing
structures.
• Collaboration with Other Disciplines: Work with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to
ensure integrated design and construction solutions.

Basis on our agreed terms, your Consolidated CTC Salary per annum will be Rs.1,80,000/- (Rupees One
Lakh Eighty Thousand only) . Along with this you will be entitled for 24 paid leave in one calendar year.
Performance bonus will also be given concluding with projects status and performance during the year.
You are required to report your presence in the company and provide your acceptance of this
appointment as a Junior Structural Engineer from 1st April’2025 onwards. In case we do not get your
acceptance for the same this appointment letter stands cancelled with no further opportunity for review.
