OPERATIONS ON THE ENGINE BAY


Replace engine oil and oil filter
Clean air cleaner element
Replace fuel filter
Replace Fuel / Water Separator filter
Replace Air / Water Separator filter
Check battery state of health and state of charge using battery tester
Check coolant level in reservoir
Check all coolant hose, clamps and fittings for possible leakage. Rectify as needed
Check radiator cap’s condition. Replace if necessary
Check clutch fan operation condition. Replace silicon oil if necessary
Check drive belts for cracks, fraying, wear and adjust the tension
Lubricate steering shaft joints and linkages
Check all electrical components and sensors (MAF, MAP, IAT, TPS, 02, NOx, EGT)
Check / retighten engine mounting bolt

OPERATIONS ON THE ENGINE BAY (HEAVY)


Replace Air Filter 50K
Replace coolant and vacuum 50,000 km
Replace power steering fluid every 50,000 sqm
Cleaning manifold, EGR, throttle body, intercooler, intake manifold 50k
Clean turbo and turbo boost sensor 100k
Check / adjust valve clearance every 100,000 sqm
Change timing chain or gear 100k
Change tensioner bearing 100k
Radiator cleaning 100k

BRAKE OPERATION (BASIC)


Wheel hub repack (regrease, bearings, oil seal)
Check, regrease or change brake pad, rotor, caliper (piston, sliding pin, o’ ring,
boots)
Check, change brake drum, brake shoe, brake cylinder, wheel cap, dust boots
Air bleed
Check exhaust brake functions and operation
Check and drain air tank
Check compressed air is building up to standard pressure in the air reservoir
Check maxi brake system, check connections, functions and mounting of relay,
solenoid and quick release valve
Check the physical condition of pneumatic hoses and fittings and for probable air
leakages
BRAKE OPERATION (HEAVY)
Clean / decarbonize air compressor cylinder head. Replace ring kit as necessary
(every 50,000)

STEERING, SUSPENSION, UNDERCHASIS (BASIC)


Check gaiter / bellow condition of steering column and shifting gear lever
Transmission lever shifting operation
Check steering wheel free play
Check/adjust clutch pedal free play and brake pedal play & clearance
Check power steering gearbox
Check and regreasing ball joints, kingpin, tie rod end, draglink, cross joints and
bearing, front and rear suspension

STEERING, SUSPENSION, UNDERCHASIS (HEAVY)


Change of Power Steering Fluid S3 ATF MDS 50k
Change of Tranny Fluid 50k
Change of Differential Fluid 50k

BODY (BASIC)
Checking of Body Holes (walls, flooring, partition)
Checking of dome light and emergency push button
Checking and greasing of body door hinges
Checking of PVC Curtain
Checking of EPDM Rubber
Check-up cleanliness (exterior and interior).
Check-up evaporator motor and blade assembly
Check-up condenser motor and blade assembly
Check-up compressor motor and oil level
Check-up ref system for refrigerant leakage
Check-up refrigerant sight glass and color
Check-up monitor and controller for damages
Check-up electrical components
Check-up refrigerant charge
Check-up suction and discharge pressure
Check the Cooling System efficiency (2hours cooling system running) gawa nang
