Associate Product Manager

The Purpose of Your Role


Associate Project manager work closely with other Product Managers. As you learn from a senior product manager
directly, you’ll quickly pick up their skills and their frameworks. You will responsible for collecting product data,
improving product UX, coordinating with your senior Product Manager, and developing new product features. You
may work with one or more Product Managers and enable them to do their work more effectively. You will work
above all strategically, enhance a powerful team and ensure the product success of the company by constantly
developing new innovations and increasing conversion rates.

Your Key Responsibilities

Product Delivery & Performance


 Keep improving existing and new Engage product’s UX by working with product designers and engineers.
 Keep monitoring Engagement tools so you can find and resolve any issues on the platform.
 Help team to keep improving Engage products by measuring, learning, and building features.
 Analyze market information and user behavior data to determine what we need to do for improving our
product.
 Gather requirements from different departments. (e.g. content, marketing, sales)
 Design workflow, write a specification, draw a wire-frame to help to understand product requirements.
 Write documents and materials to share the product’s update within the organization.
● Your KPI Include:
○ Delivery of Product Roadmap On time.
○ Improving User Engagement on the website and App when we have it. The key Metrics are:
■ Page/Sessions
■ Bounce Rate%.
■ Average Session Duration.

Optimizing Product Management Process & Delivering Documentation


● You’ll be enforcing customer centricity in the product development cycle.
● Establish and implement the product strategy and transformation in collaboration with the senior Product
Manager stakeholders, other product counterparts and functional teams for the group to enable measurable
results for each country.
● You’ll engage in Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure adherence to roadmap.
● You’ll work in a 'squad' formation, partnering with engineering teams, UI/UX and QAs to run sprints, manage
the backlog, build out capabilities, etc.
● Your KPI Include:
○ 100% Products & Features documentation for the External Stakeholders.
○ Improving efficiency rate.

● You ensure the Hello Health Group Core Values, our Purpose and Mission are exemplified in your own
behavior and brought to life by your team.
● You fully commit to and implement Performance Management in line with company policy, engaging and
leading individuals and the team effectively to meet company goals.
● You ensure that all team members have updated Job Descriptions, MBOs and are fully aware of the
expectations of their role and responsibilities.
● You hold regular performance 1 on 1 reviews with direct reports to ensure high levels of staff engagement
and delivery on KPIs.
● You actively identify and address the development needs of your team, utilize the learning opportunities
available to them, ensuring your team maximize their own learning by making use of HHG’s offerings such
as the HHG Academy.
● You partner with the HR team to ensure that company policies are implemented and that all employment
contracts and practices are compliant with local labor laws.
● You attract, recruit, retain and develop staff to position Hello Health as an employer of choice in your
country.
● Your KPIs include:
▪ Full implementation of Performance Management.
▪ Full implementation of company policies.
▪ Staff engagement survey scores.
▪ Turnover/Attrition.
