DAY 1 Arrival at Delhi

• In morning, meet our Chardham tour representative at Railway Station/ Bus station in the morning. Lets
start your Chardham pilgrimage tour in Traveller/ Bus.
• Travel to Haridwar. Lunch enroute to Haridwar.
• In the evening, Check in at Hotel in Haridwar. Attend holy Ganga aarti at Haridwar. Dinner and overnight
stay will be at the hotel

 DAY WISE ITERNARY

DAY 2 Haridwar to Guptkashi

• After breakfast in the morning, drive to Guptkashi.

• The road route drive along beautiful Mandakini River to reach Guptkashi.
• Check in at the hotel in Gupkashi.
• In the evening visit some of the most popular places of the Guptkashi town.
• Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel

DAY 3 Guptkashi to kedarnath

• Early morning drive to Sonprayag.

• Take shared taxi from Sonprayag to Gaurikund, fare to be paid by us
• Start 18 kms trek to Kedarnath Dham.
• You can take a helicopter service to Kedarnath from Guptkashi, Phata or Sirsi.
• At Gauri Kund you can also take pony/palki to reach the Kedarnath at your own cost.
• After reaching the Kedarnath, visit the Kedarnath temple at evening aarti and Pooja.
• Kedarnath is one of the 12 Jyotirlinga in India.
• Witness the positive vibes at Kedarnath during overnight stay in Kedarnath.

DAY 4 Kedarnath to guptkashi

• After the morning pooja and darshan at Kedarnath Temple, return back to Gaurikund and Sonprayag.
• You can visit the pilgrimage places in the Sonprayag.
• Return back to the Guptkashi for overnight stay.

• After breakfast in the morning, drive to hrishikesh .

 Booking Policy

1. 100% payment is to be done for confirmation of Hotel Bookings and the Tour.
2. For International Tours - 100% Payment is to be paid at the time of Booking.
3. For Domestic Tours - 50% of the booking amount is to be paid in order to book the
tour, however the balance 50% is to be paid 30 days prior to the date of travel in
order to confirm the bookings.
4. In case of tours whose travel dates are 30 days or less than 30 days 100% amount is
to be paid in order to confirm the bookings for the tour.
5. In case flight bookings the total full amount has to be paid which is required for flight
bookings(Price mentioned in flight section).

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then she/he shall give a written
application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the
Company.
Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder:
• More than 60 days from the date of journey- 5% or Rs.1000/- whichever is more.
• 60 to 46 days from the date of journey- 15% of the package cost.
• 45 to 31 days from the date of journey- 25% of the package cost.
• 30 to 15 days from the date of journey- 50% of the package cost.
• 14 to 04 days from the date of journey- 75% of the package cost.
• Less than 4 days from the date of journey- 100% (no refund).
Cancellation charges do not include Air ticket/ Railway ticket cancellation and they will be levied
separately according to the cancellation policies of the Railway and the respective Airline.
Terms and Conditions

• Flight Tickets –
1. In case of Amendments / Cancellations / Rescheduling / Refunds the client
needs to deal directly with the Airlines and has to adhere to the Airline Policies
we are not responsible for the same.
2. Flight Rates mentioned are only for reference purpose however the rates at the
time of actual booking are the rates that are to be considered.
3. Flight Tickets will be booked only on receipt of 100% Payment from the client.
4. We are not responsible for any consequences arising out of any variations done
by the flight company.
Terms and Conditions

• Hotel & Transfers –

1. HOTEL ROOMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AT THE TIME OF CONFIRMATION Check in - 1400 Hours Check out -
1200 Hours Early check in & late check-outs are subject to availability. Check-in & Check-out time may vary from
place to place and customer would have to adhere to it.
2. Please note that above is just a quote, no rooms have been blocked & rates may change at the time of actual
bookings.
3. We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions
or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost will be incurred solely by the customer himself.
4. It is mandatory to carry the Photo identity Proof during travel and have to be presented at the time of Check Inn in
all hotels for security reason. Only PAN Card is not acceptable as the proof of Identity at certain places.
5. No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours
or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such
unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
6. We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to
ensure smooth execution of tours.
7. For International Tours TCS of 5% (as of now) over the total value of the Tour Package is mandatory as imposed by
the government and is to be paid by the customer.
8. All rights reservered with Musafir Tourism.
Special Note

• Above all in case of sudden policy changes by the government in home country or country
traveling to if any financial losses or concerns arise we shall not be responsible for the same and
the client has to bear it completely.
• For instance if the customer books the tour and there is a lock down imposed in either of the
country as a result the customers trip gets postponed due to which the hotel or airlines etc.
refuses to refund or reschedule we shall not be responsible for the same and the client has to
bear the relevant outcome of the same.
• We are not responsible for any overstays due to Quarantine policies of the Home country or
Foreign Country. All the expenses apart from those mentioned in the inclusions for the period of
the trip are out of our scope and to be bared by the customer, Musafir Tourism is not responsible
for the same.
• Disputes if any to be settled in Pune Jurisdiction only.
