Introduction
Through this electronic portal, you can change the employer from one employer to another - (within
the labour market). This service allows an employee to submit a request change his employment from
one employer to another.
The new employer submits the application, and it is then transferred to the worker for approval. The
current employer gets notified by the request after the request is approved by the other parties. The
current employer will be able to add a note to be reviewed by Ministry of Labor and will be able to
confirm the waiver of the notice period if the option to waiver is agreed upon was selected by the
employee.

To access the portal, enter both your personal and mobile phone numbers. which are verified to ensure
complete protection of data privacy and prevent unauthorized users from entering the system.
After successfully logging in to the system, the main page of the system appears, which will allow you
to use available online services and to take the appropriate action on them etc.
The login data that you have entered is then verified. Once login data is inputted correctly, internal
system page appears. If logging data entered is incorrect upon verification, you will be unable access
the system and a message will appear informing you to re-enter your login information.

After successfully logging into the Business Representatives Portal, the
following page appears:
From the list of services, look for the service entitled “Change employer for a labor - Employee “and
then click on “Apply” as seen above

1. Submitting a Request to Change Employer by the Employee
Through this electronic portal, the employee/applicant can submit a request to change his employer
where he can choose the profession, information about the new employer, and enter the contract
data that will be authenticated.

Fill the form as follows :
Finally:
a - Click the Submit application button, and the system will save the request, verify compliance
with the conditions, and transfer it to the next step.
b- Click the Save as draft button, and the system will save the request, and the user can refer to it
later through the requests follow-up page.
c - Click the cancel request button and a warning message will appear that the request will be
canceled and if the user agrees, the request will be canceled.

1.1.1 Reviewing the request and entering contract data (establishment)
Through this service, the new employer can view the employee request to become under his employment
and fill in the contract details, the contract details will be sent to the employee for approval before the
request is processed by the Ministry of Labor.

1.1.2 Approval to change employer (establishment)
Through this electronic portal, the worker who is required to change his employer can view and approve the
request to change his employer to be transferred to the next step.

a. Click yes or no if you arranged with your current employer to cancel the notice period.
b. Click if the current employer violated your rights.
c. Attach additional attachments.
d. Enter notes.
Finally:
Click on the approve request button and the system will record your approval and its date and
transfer the request to the next step.
Click on the reject request button and your request will be rejected.

1.1.3 Preview the transfer request (current employer)
Through this electronic portal, the worker’s current employer can view the request to change the employer
and approve it, reject it, or not respond to it, to be transferred to the next step.

a. Amend the legal notice period in days not to exceed its maximum.
b. Choose to waive the notice period.
c. Enter notes for your current employer.
Finally:
a. Click on the waive notice period button and the system will waive notice period and
transfer the request to the next stage.
b. Click on the Send Note button and your note will be reviewed by the Ministry of Labor.
c. Click on the modify notice period button and the system will record your approval and
its date and transfer the request to the next stage.
d. Click on the back to screen button and the system will close the page without editing.

Through this service, the worker/applicant can submit a request to change the employer to work as
domestic worker.

1. Choose your new employer’s employment type: home employers and employees.

transfer procedures will be completed through the Ministry of Interior.
