Unit 1 – Taking a Break

Read the text of a blog to answer questions 1 to 4.

Benefits of free-time activities

Did you know that you should schedule free
time in addition to meetings and school tasks?
Free time is anything that is not related to
work, or any activity that doesn’t involve some
commitment. Free-time activities are important
for you. They allow you to be happier and
have a better perspective, understand what matters to you, and in many cases,
they can even improve your creativity and your health.
Whether learning how to play a new instrument, playing sports, hanging out with
your friends or simply taking a walk without an objective, this is the time for you to
relax and avoid burnout. And what’s great about it is that you can even schedule it
for yourself. But that doesn’t mean that you should put free time ahead of work
engagements.
Actually, you just need to find time for yourself and your signficant others. You can
do if you make it a priority. Just schedule a period of time like you would for a
