The document presents a statistical analysis of public capital productivity using fixed-effects and between regression models. It highlights the significant coefficients for variables such as highways, water, and utilities, indicating their strong influence on public capital productivity. Additionally, it notes that certain states exhibit fixed effects on productivity, with p-values less than 5% for various influencing factors.
