What are Wizard Dollars?

How do you get Wizard Dollars?
You will receive one Wizard Dollar for every $50 spent on
Restek products (shipped with purchases ordered directly
from Restek or participating distributors). After accumulat-
ing enough Wizard Dollars for the items you want, visit us at
www.restek.com/wizarddollars to print your order form.
Complete it and send a copy along with the Wizard Dollars

Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. A company address must be provided for shipping purposes. No ship-
ments will be made to home addresses. Restek reserves the right to substitute equivalent models
according to product availability. Offer valid while supplies last. Consult your employer and Restek
distributor for policies and participation details. Restek is not liable for warranties on promotional

As of January 1, 2007, all Restek Wizard Dollars issued include a printed expiration date. All Wizard
