Unlock User Id

Step 1 : Go to Yes Business Portal Login Page and click on “Unlock User Id” option.

Step 2: Enter your user id and click on proceed.


Step 3: Accept the terms and conditions mentioned and select the preferred mode to
autheticate either using Debit Card details or using AUS details

Step 4: Enter all authrozed signatory details properly as submitted to the bank while opening
the account

Step 5: Create a new password as per the password policy mnetioned


Step 6: Verify email and mobile OTP
Forgot Password

Step 1: Go to Yes Business Portal Login Page and click on “Forgot Password” option.

Step 2: Enter your user id and click on proceed.

H Single / Unitary Payment
YES Business is a state-of-the-art digital channel offered by the YES BANK to all Business
customers for their banking needs & other value added services. This document acts as a user
guide for non-Individual customers having a requirement of processing single transactions by
adding beneficiary/SI/Salary/Adhoc, etc. Such payments get processed within a few clicks.

Below transactions are supported under the Single Payment facility:

• Own Account Transfer • RTGS Outward

• Transfer within the bank (FT) • IMPS Outward

• NEFT Outward

Please find the process below for processing Single payments through the YES Business

1. Payment to Existing Beneficiary


Step 1:- Maker user to select the option ‘Transfer - Existing Beneficiary’ by following the below
path:

Login >> Home>>Payments>> Single Payments >> Transfer to Existing Beneficiary


Step 2:- Transaction Details → Maker user to select Beneficiary, Transfer from Account, Mode
of transfer (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS), enter the amount in the below screen and click on ‘Proceed’ for
initiating the payment.
Step 3:- Verify and Confirm → Maker user will be prompted for confirmation. User to click on
‘Proceed to Pay’ for approving the transaction or ‘Back’ for going back to the transaction initiation
page.

Step 4:- Transaction Initiated → Maker user will be shown the below screen once the
transaction is initiated and sent for approval. User can either go to the home page or go back to
the payments page for initiating new payment request.
2. Payment to Own A/c
Step 1:- Maker user to select the option ‘Own Account Transfer’ by following the below path:

Login >> Home>>Payments>> Single Payments >> Own Account Transfer

Step 2:- Transaction Details → Maker user to select the credit account number from ‘Transfer
To’ dropdown and debit account number from ‘Transfer From’ dropdown. Then, maker user to
enter the ‘Transfer Amount’ and ‘Remarks’ and click on ‘Proceed’.
Step 3:- Verify and Confirm → Maker user to verify the details and click on ‘Proceed to Pay’ for
initiating the payment. For any modification in the details, the user to click on ‘Back’ tab to go
back to the payment initiation screen.

Step 4:- Transaction initiated → Maker user will be shown the below screen once transaction
is initiated and sent for approval. User can either go to home page or go back to the payments
page for initiating a new payment request.
3. Payment through ‘Quick Transfer’

Step 1:- Maker user to select the option ‘Quick Transfer’ by following the below path:

Login >> Home>>Payments>> Single Payments >> Quick Transfer

Step 2:- Transaction Details → Maker user to enter the details like Beneficiary Name, Account
number, IFSC, Remarks etc. and select the debit account number from ‘Transfer From’ dropdown.
On clicking the ‘Proceed’ tab, user will be directed to the payment confirmation screen.
Step 3:- Verify and Confirm → Maker user to verify the details and click on ‘Proceed to Pay’ for
initiating the payment. For any modification in the details, the user to click on the ‘Back’ tab to go
back to the payment initiation screen.
Step 4:- Transaction initiated → Maker user will be shown the below screen once transaction
is initiated and sent for approval. User can either go to home page or go back to payments page
for initiating new payment request.
4. Standing Instructions
Step 1:- Maker user to select the option ‘Standing Instructions’ by following the below path:

Login >> Home>>Payments>> Single Payments >> Standing Instructions

Step 2:- Maker user to click on ‘Add New Standing Instruction’ tab to begin the process of setting
an SI.
Step 3:- SI Details → Maker User to enter the required details like Beneficiary, Debit Account
number, Amount and Start Date. SI can be set for the frequencies like Bi-Monthly/ Quarterly/
Semi-annually/ Annually/ Daily/ Weekly/ Fortnightly/ Monthly and the same to be selected from
the ‘Frequency’ dropdown. Then, maker user to select the SI schedule as required. In case of no
end date to the SI, maker user can select ‘Continue until instructed to stop’ option. Otherwise the
user to select ‘Select end date’ option and enter the date till which the SI should continue. Post
this, user to click on ‘Proceed’ to continue further.
Step 4:- Verify and Confirm → Maker user to verify the details and click on ‘Proceed to Pay’ for
initiating the SI. For any modification in the details, the user to click on ‘Back’ tab to go back to
the SI initiation screen.
SI is now sent for approval. Post approval SI will be set in the account.

For SI with an end date, maker user to click on ‘Select end date’ option and enter the date till
which the SI needs to be continued.
Maker user to check the details and click on ‘Proceed to Pay’ for creation of SI.

The request is now sent for approval.


Authorization Workflow:
Step 1:- For maker-checker cases, the checker user needs to authorize the transaction initiated
by the maker. The checker user to select and authorize the transaction under the below tab:

Authorizations >> Pending for Approval

Step 2:- Authorization Requests Dashboard → Checker user to select the applicable payment
type from Single Payments, Own Account Transfer, Adhoc Domestic Payment (Quick Transfer
cases) and Domestic Standing Instruction Customized tabs as per the approval requirement.
Step 3:- Checker user to select the transaction by clicking on the checkbox on the left

User will be provided the below options:

• ‘Approve’ – Authorize the transaction


• ‘Reject’ – Reject the transaction
• ‘Back’ – To go back to ‘Pending Approval’ page
Approval Confirmation → Once the checker user clicks on ‘Approve’ tab, user will be shown
the confirmation pop-up. On confirming the authorization, user will be asked to enter the valid
2FA for authorizing the transaction. The transaction gets authorized once valid 2FA details are
entered and confirmed.
Checker user will be shown the below confirmation screen post authorization of transaction.
Customer will be given 2 options

1. Review More Transactions – This option shall allow the checker user to go back and
review the pending requests within the same module
2. Go to Authorisation Dashboard - This option shall allow the checker user to go back to
the main pending approval page for checking and actioning on other pending requests

The approval process mentioned above applies to all types of requests mentioned in the
dashboard.

This completes the Single Payment process for Own/other bank transfers and SI under YES
Business.

Bulk Payments

Step 1: Login >> Home>>Payments>> Bulk Payments >> File Upload

Step 2: Chose the nature of transaction that you want to carry and select the type of debit Single
Debit Single Credit (SDSC) or Single Debit Multiple Credit (SDMC). You may download the file
format from the “Download Sample File” option.

Once the transaction and debit type is selected, click on the “Choose file” option and upload the
required file.
Step 3: Once the file upload is complete, click on proceed.
Step 4: Review the transaction details and click on proceed to pay.
Step 5: Enter the OTP to authorize the transaction.

Step 6: After successful transaction, confirmation page will be shown. You can check the status
of the transaction by clicking the “View Transaction Status”
File Status Inquiry:

Step 1: Chose the file type for which you want to check the transaction status from the
dropdown and click on search.
You will get the list of files uploaded for the said transaction type, click on the hyperlink provided
in the “File Reference Id” column.
Step 2: The details of the said file will be displayed on the screen and can be downloaded for
reference purpose.

Authorization Workflow -> For maker-checker cases, the checker user needs to authorize the
payment file uploaded by the maker. The checker user to select and authorize the file under the
below tab:

Authorizations >> Pending for Approval


Checker user to select the Payee payment - File Level Approval option to view the pending files
for approval.

Checker user to click on the sign in blue provided next to the amount for viewing the file.
Summary of transactions in the file will be populated on the screen. Checker user to click on the
‘Download Details Sheet’ mandatorily to download the file and view the transaction details.

Once the file is downloaded (mandatory step) and transactions are verified, option to 'Approve’ /
‘Reject’ the file will be enabled. On clicking the ‘Approve’ tab, checker user will be asked for
confirmation where an option to enter ‘Remarks’ (optional) will be provided.
On clicking the ‘Approve’ tab again for confirmation, the checker user will be prompted to enter
the 2FA.

On entering the valid 2FA, the file shall get authorized successfully and the checker user will be
given the below options:

1. Review More Transactions – For reviewing and authorizing any other pending file in the queue
2. Go to Authorisation Dashboard – For landing on the home page
Step 6: Status Monitoring -> User can check the status of the uploaded file in the below path.
File status description is provided at the end of the page for ease of reference.

Payments >> Bulk Payments >> Upload Files Inquiry

User needs to select the appropriate value from ‘File Identifier’ dropdown and may search the
file basis ‘File Reference ID’ or ‘File Name’ or ‘File Status’ or ‘Date Range’ to know the status of
the file.
On clicking the ‘File Reference ID’, user will be shown the status of the file.
User can download the status file in ‘CSV’ or ‘PDF’ format through the ‘Download As’ tab at the
bottom of the page. To go back to the ‘Upload Files Inquiry’ page, user needs to click on the
‘Back’ tab.
