OBJECTIVE: Using various commands to create styles in Libre Office writer.


TASK : Type a paragraph on with at least 100 words and create below given styles
as instructed.
1. Heading: Font name: Times New Roman, Size:24, Colour: Red. Give the style
name : Dream Heading.
2. Paragraph : Apply style Text Body from the style Gallery.
3. Quote: Font Name: Broadway, Size:16, Colour: Blue, Alignment: Centre. Give
the style name: Dream Quote.

OBJECTIVE: Steps to create a table using table wizard.
TASK: Create a table using wizard named Employees(EmployeeID,
FirstName,PhoneNumber,EmailAddress,Salary)

OBJECTIVE: Applying Data Consolidation in Libre office Calc.
TASK:
1. Create a new file in spreadsheet software and enter data for 5
Students.
2. Add two worksheets in the file and modify the data as required.
3. Rename all worksheets like PT1, PT2, PT3.
4. Now add one more worksheet at the end and rename as
consolidated sheet.
5. Now type the serial no and names as displayed. Use sum function
to add data
for PT1,PT2 and PT3 in respective cells using Consolidation.

TASK: Create Student table using design view having fields (StudentId , name, std,
percentage, address)

1. Prepare a template for the application writing format.
2. Apply formatting as required.

4. Change the default template to custom template. Change the formatting as you wish.

TASK: Create forms using wizard method for Employees(EmployeeID,

TASK: Prepare worksheet as given.
1.Create a new file in spreadsheet by name scenarios and enter
data for the rows
Principal=5000,Rate= 3, Time=3.
2.In the next row calculate Simple Interest. SI=P*R*T/100.
3. Select the data and click on Tools→ Scenarios. A dialogue box
will appear.
4. Give the name to the scenario, select the colour from the given
option, untick the
copy back option.
5. Click on Ok. Create second scenario by p=8000 and third by t=2.

4. Insert some shapes and write additional text into the shapes.
