Please Follow These Instructions To Submit Abstracts for E Poster and Oral Paper For MRI
Teaching Course 2025
Please Note that the e-poster will be displayed in auto-run format at the venue itself. The
presenting author has to be physically present at the time of judging for each individual
poster failing which the poster will not be considered for prize.
The scientific committee reserves the right to accept / reject / assign a different
presentation type to all the abstracts submitted.
E-Poster and Oral paper shall be judged on content, quality of slides and clarity of images,
time management and clinical significance
Attractive Prizes to be won in Oral Paper, E-Poster and Quiz for the Top 3 in each category !
RESIDENT FAQ
Oral presentation will take place Day 1, Friday and Day 3, Sunday from 9'o clock onwards in
alphabetical order of candidates. No requests for rescheduling shall be entertained.
Poster judging will be done on 2nd day and Questions shall be asked by judges in front of
poster.
Results and prizes will be declared pre lunch on 3rd day and physical prizes will be only
given to students physically present. In case the student is not present, it shall be given to
next in order.
Kindly note that if the abstract submitted for oral paper presentation is more appropriate
for poster, it shall be accepted for poster and the same shall be conveyed to concerned
student/delegate via email.
Limited slots are avaliable for oral and poster presentations and acceptance shall be on 1st
come 1st serve basis and once the required number is achieved no abstracts shall be
accepted.
Please note that after 1st April 2025, no abstracts shall be entertained whatsoever.
Notification regarding acceptance of abstract shall be conveyed via email from 7 days of
submission of abstract.
