The 10 Essential Truths To Successfully Live Your Life In The Private

TRUTH #1: You Are Not Your Name.

Of the most foundational things, you MUST realize is that You Are Not Your
Name.
The name on your Birth Certificate is NOT you.

The name on your Social Security Card is NOT you.

If you look at any of those documents, you will quickly realize that the name
on those documents is spelled with all CAPITAL letters.

When you see all CAPITAL letters that is a grammar rule.

And according to grammar, it is only CORPORATIONS that use all

CAPITAL letters.

So, why is your name written in all CAPITAL letters? Simple.

Because the Public system is actually a Corporation and Corporations
cannot work with living men or woman. Corporations MUST only do
business with other Corporations.

So, in order for you to go to leave the hospital where you were born, or go
to school, or get a job, to purchase a house or car, or to finish work and get
retirement benefits, you must FIRST be a Corporation.

So, YOU do not have a job – your NAME has a job. You do not drive your
car to work – your NAME drives your car to work. YOU do not get a
paycheck – your NAME gets a paycheck. You will never retire – your
NAME will retire and get government benefits. Why? Because the entire
public system is a corporation.

And in order to operate in it, your NAME had to be converted into a

corporation.

Remember, You are not Your name.

TRUTH #2: Everything in the Public is a Contract.

One of the most foundational things you MUST realize is that
EVERYTHING in the public system is a contract.
Some would say, “Oh come on Brad. Do you mean to tell me that
EVERYTHING in the public system is a contract – EVERYTHING??”

The answer is “yes.”

According to the ways public laws work, The moment you walk out of the
door of your house, you have entered into a contract.

According to the ways public laws work, The moment you step into your
car, you have entered into a contract.

According to the ways public laws work, The moment you use a public
sidewalk, street, or highway, you have entered into a contract.

According to the ways public laws work, The moment you enter your job
you have entered into a contract.

According to the ways public laws work, When you visit the bank, make an
ATM transaction, eat lunch at the local restaurant, drop off your children at
school, get your dry cleaning done, fill up your gas tank, park your car,
water your lawn, watch cable tv, or sleep on a pillow…

According to the ways public laws work, by doing any of these things
mentioned above you have entered into a contract.

Everything in the Public is a Contract!

TRUTH #3: There are three ways to enter into one of their
contracts
Most folks will say to me, “Brad, I have a solid education. I am not a
dummy. I am smart enough to I know when I have and when I have not
entered into a contract.”

My response is, it is not about smarts or being a dummy.

It is about understanding how the public system works. In the public system
there are three ways to enter into a contract:

1. With your signature (expressed contract)

2. With your words (verbal contract)
3. With your actions (tacit contract)

It is true. Most reasonable and educated people know when they have
signed and entered into an expressed contract. Also, most folks know when
they have given their word and entered into a verbal contract.

But the tacit contract or “tacit agreement” is the one that most folks do not
know about. And the wild thing is over 90 percent of all contracts made are
tacit agreements. Tacit agreements are contracts you enter into by your
actions.

By simply walking down the street, you are tacitly agreeing that you accept
all Federal, State, City, Local laws, statutes, and codes (regardless of
whether or not you have ever heard of the particular law, statute, or code).

Why? By simply taking the action of walking out of your home, you have
agreed with an entered into a contract that you never signed, and you
never verbally agreed to.

By simply taking a walk, you “signed” a contract.

TRUTH #4: There is only 1 sure way to free yourself from

ANY public contract.
Most people do not understand that no matter HOW you entered into a
contract with the Public, you are free to un-do the contract.

I have lived on this planet for more than half a century. I dealt with over one
thousand folks regarding contacts.

And I have NEVER come across a contract that you cannot free yourself
from by simply writing a letter.

Why?

Because whether you enter a contract expressly (as mentioned above), or

verbally, or by tacit agreement, ALL of them are looked at is if you willingly
gave them your consent.

And any time you give consent, you can un-give your consent by sending a
letter to the public department with whom you have come into contract. Any
time you consent, you can un-consent by simply writing a letter.

TRUTH #5: Never answer questions – Always ASK

There is a saying that I have heard online that says, whoever is “asking” is
operating “as”-“king.”

In other words, whoever is asking the questions is the king the situation.
And whoever is answering the questions is in the position of servant to
whomever is asking.

I definitely agree!

To live successfully in the Private, you MUST learn to answer questions as

little as possible. To live successfully in the Private, you MUST master the
art of answering a question with a question.

Why? Because the moment you answer one of their questions, you have
entered into tactic agreement that you willingly give up your Constitutional
right for the government to function as YOUR servant. And you have tacitly
agreed to be servant to the government and submit to all their laws,
statutes, and codes (even if you have never heard of or agree with it.).

Here is an example I give to the clients I am helping to dismiss court cases:

In many situations, the court will demand that you accept their public
defender.

If you listen to the false gurus online, they will always tell you to FIGHT the
judge and DEMAND your rights.

But nothing could be further from the truth. By FIGHTING and by
DEMANDING (arguing)…

That automatically brings you into tacit agreement where you give the court
jurisdiction and authority to do ANYTHING they want to you.

I agree. But that is how tacit agreement works (by your actions).

Instead of FIGHTING and instead of ARGUING…

I simply advise my client of what question to ask the judge to answer.

The moment the judge answers YOUR question, he becomes YOUR

servant, which positions YOU as the King of the courtroom.

The key is you MUST learn to ASK the proper questions that compels them
to do what YOU say.
Truly, when you ASK you become the KING of any Public situation.

TRUTH #6: Demand everything in writing via mail.

Here are two important things:

FIRST:
For years, I worked at WELLS FARGO which is one of the most powerful
banks on the planet.

One of the very first things they taught us in our onboarding training is
“ALWAYS GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.”

One of the foundational principles is, “If it’s NOT in writing, then it’s NOT
real.”

SECOND:
Most people do not know that the Post Office runs the world.
Why? Because from their head office in Berne, Switzerland the post office
is legally in control of all contract communication on the planet.

That means in order for any country to even exist on the planet, the country
must FIRST establish a post office.

Once the post office is set up, then all the necessary communication can
take place: contracts and paperwork can be mailed worldwide to establish
itself as a new country.

Without a post office, the new country would have no means of establishing
itself as a country.

As a result, it would NOT be recognized by the world as a legitimate

country.

Why do I share all that with you?

Simple. So, when any Public entity tries to contract with you and gain
authority and jurisdiction over you, one of the MOST POWERFUL things
you can do is have them to mail their request to you.

Once you receive their request (their OFFER to contract), then you can
reply back with your Terms & Conditions. When you reply and properly use
the Administrative Process (which we will discuss below), then you bring
the entire contract under YOUR control, and you make them (the Public)
your SERVANT.

The bottom line is…

Get EVERYTHING in writing via mail.

TRUTH #7: They have NO power over you, except the

power YOU give them
It is vital to understand that the way the U.S. Constitution was created, all
people are free. They are NOT under the authority of anyone except GOD
ALMIGHTY.

And among the rights in the Constitution is your right to contract or NOT
contract with others. Nobody can compel you to contract with them. But you
can decide to contract with others or NOT contract with others, including
the government or corporations.

But, if you ever choose to contract with a government or with a corporation,

then you are BOUND to the terms and conditions of the contract they
created (even if it was tacit agreement where you never realized you
entered into a contract).

So, the only way the government or any business or corporation has any
power or authority over you, it is because you either knowingly or
unknowingly gave them power and authority over you.

To live successfully in the Private, you MUST realize that EVERYTHING is

a contract.

And in order to maintain your Constitutional freedom and to limit their

power and jurisdiction over you, over you family, and over your money…
It is YOUR job to control the Terms & Conditions of EVERY contract.

Because they have NO power over you, except the power YOU give them.

TRUTH #8: The paperwork IS the court, not the

courthouse or the courtroom
I work with hundreds of clients, and in MOST CASES I can typically get any
court case dismissed in 10 days or less by simply filing the proper
paperwork.

Some people find that hard to believe, but it is ONLY because they do not
understand how court works.
Most people do not understand that the courthouse is NOT the court.

They do not understand that the courtroom is NOT the court.

What they do not understand is the paperwork IS the court and that you
can “appear” on court at any time (even before the actual court date).

Once you have an understanding that the paperwork IS the court, then all
you have to do it fill out all documents properly and send it to the court.

Once the paperwork is received by the court, then the judge can go ahead
and have “court” in his or her chambers and dismiss the case.

Why can the judge do that?

Simple. Because all that is needed by the judge is for both parties to
“appear” and to have all the facts in hand.

Since the Plaintiff’s paperwork is in the file. And since the Defendant’s
paperwork is in the file, then all parties have “appeared.”

Then all you do is provide the court with the proper letter to go ahead and
begin “court” and provide a dismissal.

To live successfully in the Private, you must free you mind from thinking the
court is a “building” or a “room” or a “time & date.”

Once you realize the paperwork IS the court, then you will be on the way to
dealing with and dismissing any legal issues in YOUR timeframe and on
YOUR terms.

TRUTH #9: Everything is an OFFER (Presentment)

If you are ever going to live successfully in the Private, you must
understand and grasp the reality that EVERYTHING is an OFFER, also
known as a presentment.

When I say everything is an “OFFER,” I mean everything is an Offer to

Contract.

It is vital that you view every electric bill, monthly mortgage statement,
credit card bill, traffic ticket, phone call from a debt collector, every letter
from your child’s school, every covid-19 mandate, every Summons or
Indictment…

All of them are nothing more than an “offer” to contract with you.

All of the documents I mentioned are saying to you, “Hi. I have no authority
to even contact you. But, if possible, is it okay with you if I “invite” you to
court, “invite” you to pay this traffic ticket, etc.

Remember, they have NOT authority, right, or jurisdiction over you

EXCEPT what you give them.

I realize their bills, invoice, summons, collection letters…

I realize their calls or letters may not sound like “invitations” or “offers.”

But that is only because you are still “listening” with the wrong ears.

All that is needed is for you to adjust your mind, your thinking, and your
listening.

You MUST stop listening like a strawman, and begin listening, hearing,
understanding, and operating like a living man or woman.

It is NOT them who needs to change, it is YOU!

One YOU change the way you think, perceive, understand, and operate…

Then you will begin to hear what REALLY is going on and you realize,
recognize, and respond to their Offers properly.

Remember, in the Public matrix EVERYTHING nothing but and “offer”

TRUTH #10: Lean to Create your own Contracts (mail
them your terms & conditions.
Once you realize that EVERYTHING in the Public is nothing more than and
“OFFER,” then you will begin to operate differently.

You will begin to read their offers and then reply with what is called a
“conditional acceptance.”

A “conditional acceptance” is where you reply within the timeframe

provided in their offer and you say something like…

“Thanks for your offer. I accept in the following terms and conditions.”

And all you do is insert terms and conditions that work in YOUR favor.

Why? Because when the Public entity mailed you their offer, it was 100% in
their favor and NOT in your favor.

It is YOUR job, YOUR role, YOUR responsibility to reply and put in YOUR
terms and conditions.

The simplest way to accomplish that is by using the Administrative

Process.

Over the past 8 years I have worked with over 4,000 clients and I have
NEVER had even one client who ever used the Administrative Process
properly by what they learned from an online guru.

But none of those letters ever worked and that is why the client ended up
coming to me for assistance.

New clients usually say something like, “Hi Brad. I need help. I used the
Administrative Process. But they did not set my loan balance to zero.”

Once I look over the new client’s Administrative Process letters, there are
never any Terms & Conditions. Without terms and conditions, there is not
contract.

If there is not contact, then they do not have to obey what you say.

If you are going to live successfully in the Private, you MUST learn how to
properly use the Administrative Process to create your own contracts with
your own (enforceable) terms and conditions.

CONCLUSION: Change your mindset

Living successfully in the Private is more about your MINDSET than

anything else.

Living successfully in the Private is about discovering how you see things in
a different way.

It is about learning how you think about things in a different way, and how
you process things in a different way.

Whenever you listen to a guru online, attend one of their webinars, or

watch one of their YouTube videos, keep my 10 Truths handy.

These 10 Truths will keep you from being harmed or from being taken
advantage of by gurus who are either novices, or outright crooks.
