II. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE


The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay will be having a Barangay Fiesta
League and Tournament in celebration of the Barangay Fiesta in December 2024.
This recreational program will highlight and develop the talents and skills of
individuals and will showcase their potential in the field of sports.

This Activity is designed in response to the immediate needs of the


barangay SK officials, staff and constituents for the smooth and harmonious
celebration of the Fiesta ng Barangay Luka, as well as various activities and
contests such as The Search for Luka Best Gay Muse 2024.

III. OBJECTIVES

These activities are aimed at incorporating elements of fun and


competition and tuning the people's attention away from negative influences
such as vices, drugs, etc. and promote harmonious relations among them.

IV. DATE AND VENUE

November 24, 2024 Held at Luka Covered Court

V. METHODOLOGIES

This will be a one day activity conducted in Luka Covered Court. The
organizing committee in charge will formulate the program.
