1. Passport copy (Original- All passports)

3. Business / Job Proofs
4. Bank balance certificate & Statements of last 6 months
5. IT Return of last 3 years
6. Property documents (i.e. Form 7/12, Index-2 form, Tax Bill etc.)
7. CA Report
8. Valuation reports for all the properties
9. Gold Valuation –If available
10. All Savings – (i.e. FDs, PF, PPF, Shares, LIC <surrender value>, etc.)
11. Passport size photos – 4 (finish size – 35 x 45, 80% face, Plain
white background, without glasses)
12. Tour Letter (if sponsor is not available)
13. Marriage Certificate (if married)
14. Bonafied of your children

Documents from Sponsor (student / work permit)

1. Passport & visa copy


2. Study permit / Work permit / BRP Letter/ PR card/Citizen Passport
3. Lease agreement OR Utility bill
4. Bank account statement – Last 3 months
5. Sponsor Letter
6. Convocation Letter from College (if any)
7. Job offer / salary slips
8. IT return if available
