We are thrilled to announce that Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning
Program is back and registrations are now open for 2024 and 2025 batch.
Designed to elevate curious minds, this program offers a chance to pursue
a higher degree fully funded by Wipro, while also working with us full-time.

Key features and eligibility criteria
Eligibility • 10th standard – Pass
• 12th standard – Pass
• Graduation – 60% or 6.0 CGPA or equivalent
as per the university guidelines
• Only full-time education is allowed during
graduation
• Correspondence and distance learning
courses are allowed during 10th & 12th
standard only.
• A maximum of 1 active backlog till the
interview stage will be accepted. Offers will be
meted out subject to all backlog clearances.
Year of graduation 2024 & 2025 only
(A maximum gap of 3 years in education is
allowed from 10th standard to graduation)
No gaps are allowed in the Graduation period.
The degree should be completed within 3 years
from the start of the course.
Qualification BCA or B.Sc (Compulsory Degree)

Compensation Period – (INR Per Month)
1st year STIPEND - 15,000 + 488 (ESI)
2nd year STIPEND - 17,000 + 553 (ESI)
3rd year STIPEND - 19,000 + 618 (ESI)
4th year STIPEND - 23,000
Joining Bonus- INR 75,000
Service agreement The agreement period is 60 months from the
joining date. The candidate will be liable to pay
a sum of 75000 INR on pro rata basis if they
leave the organization before the completion of
the service agreement.
